Sólo quiero decir lo maravilloso que es la Natura Vista, el personal es profesional y bien organizado y el lugar tiene un maravilloso sentimiento de relajación y tipo de isla - perfecto para la ubicación. La habitación era muy bien equipada, todo funcionaba como se describe, los tocados personales, como los tratamientos, las toallas dobladas, también son dulces. Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

Hola. Viajé con la familia en marzo de 2023. Yo, mi esposa y mi hijo de 5 años. Alquilamos una habitación dúplex. Me gustó mucho todo. Llegó a la isla en avión. El hotel solicitó un traslado desde el aeropuerto. Nos recibió el conductor y nos llevó al hotel. Paseo de 5 minutos, el costo es de 300 pesos. Dispersado inmediatamente. Personal muy amable, servicial y amable. Inmediatamente preguntaron sobre el alquiler de un coche. El gerente llamó y nos trajeron un auto en 1 hora. El precio de alquiler es de 2000 pesos por día. Buen coche. Toyota vio. Nueva chica. Completamente abastecido. La ubicación de la playa de Alona ***** es bastante decente. Pero filmamos basándonos en el hecho de que hay un automóvil. En coche, unos 5-7 minutos y en el acto. Un par de veces hubo problemas con la plomería, pero el personal respondió de inmediato a las solicitudes y corrigió todo de inmediato. La cocina en la habitación es un plus innegable y hace la vida muy fácil. Wifi es bastante bueno, nunca tuve ningún problema. Trabajar de forma remota es fácil y sin complicaciones. Piscina para invitados y acceso las 24 horas. Los vecinos aparecían periódicamente pero no más de 1-2 días y se iban. Solo los chinos son molestos, son muy ruidosos y ruidosos. Especialmente fue la abuela que cantó a las 6 de la mañana, pero aparentemente esto se debe a emociones alegres ya que acaban de pasar))) En general, recomiendo el hotel para una familia o una gran empresa. El hotel nos ayudó a organizar un traslado al puerto para el ferry. Tarifa de transferencia de 2500 pesos. Un minibús vino por nosotros y nos llevó cómodamente al puerto. En la carretera 1,5 horas. This is a new hotel with only 10 rooms, in a nice quiet back road location. It's about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the local Momo beach and again about a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride or scooter ride to the vibrant and busy tourist area of Alona beach. The whole hotel including the pool and garden area, bar and breakfast area are all spotless. All the staff are very helpful and will do everything they can to ensure your stay is as perfect as it can be. Bar prices by the pool and the minibar in your room are very competitive prices (although NOT all the items in the minibar are priced up) which needs to be sorted. The food menu for lunch and evening meals are restricted but just ask the chef and they will cook exactly what you want if they have it. Lots of items are not listed on the menu so you have to guess at the prices (portion of french fries = 250 PP). The hotel offer free airport pickup and drop off which is a massive help especially when you need to be at the airport by 06.15 in the morning. They have a little scooter for hire which is new and runs perfectly at a very good price. My partner and I stayed here for 10 nights. It was almost perfect! I have to be honest, so, the only downfall (which is not the hotels fault) if you are a light sleeper, like I am, is that some nights the locals enjoy very loud karaoke and music from outside their homes which travels to your room and can go on until quite late and the early morning cockerels and the odd dog barking. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable 10 nights.

The staff don't seem to have any training or are all in training i.e. trainees. I found it really hard to get anything accomplished asking for ice too for ages then when I did saying a 50 peso bill for ice 🙄 the pool is small but you do get your own beach access and the location is quite as compared to the main part of the town which is too much noise and party. I really liked the rooms and decor it felt modern and clean The breakfast was ok just make sure to ask for what ever you want to be cooked fresh as the food left out is cold and or been left for long time. The gym is good but could do with some more equipment. Local shops are by the entrance for cheaper snacks and drinks

El hotel es precioso y el personal tremendamente amable y profesional. 100% recomendable. Tienen muchas actividades gratuitas en las instalaciones para mantenerte entretenido y cada día a las 15h una actividad para niños. También organizan excursiones. Nosotros viajamos con niños y fueron muy pacientes.

No doubt this is a beautiful location with amazing views. The accomodation also very nice, clean, well appointed, good Wi-Fi, with all rooms with a view. Really nice swimming pool and surrounds to relax. In my opinion there are 4 main features to a memorable stay: 1. The ambiance of your surrounds 2. The comfort of your accomodation 3. The staff friendliness and attention to service 4. Food and other services. There is however one glaring issue that should be noted as missing from our stay- good food. To be honest I do understand the challenges to deliver fresh food all year and staffing issues that also come into play, but that is the establishment challenge to overcome either through smart menus design or innovative cooking (if no chef or staff can’t cook stay out of kitchen). The food we ate was just horrible, overcooked, looking as bad as it tasted with first mouthful . I make no mistake- the owner was very nice, welcoming as were her staff but I do feel sure the lack of attention to food quality and broader offerings will prevent people from coming or returning. I wish you all the very best and trust people will come as we did and enjoy the beautiful space and surrounds.
