Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum

Limited car park area, if you are not lucky ,you have to pay money for having park area. We used trip application for booking and paid price in advance however hotel management demanded payment, i explained the situation to a few different personnel. Then they finally managed the problem ,during this period we waited 15 minutes in the lobby like a guilty... hotel could say at least sorry for their mistake,it was not warm welcoming and professional approach anyway rest of the lobby cleaning,restaurant and location is good and personnel is helpful apart from lobby register team. If you use ant app for booking, double check must be done before arriving...

Food was poor, prices high, service absent

Другие корпуса (бунгало) на реставрации, там не живут. фуникулер и уличные лифты тоже не работают, если это кому-то важно. Прекрасная территория, террасы утопают в зелени, все цветет, за всем ухаживают, огромные сосны, эвкалипты, кипарисы, гулять по лестницам и эспланадам нам было очень приятно. Если у кого проблемы с лестницами, обратите внимание, что там террасная планировка , лестницы везде.

I initially wanted to rate this hotel 4 out of 5 for its prime Bodrum location and newly renovated rooms. However, I'm giving it a 1 due to a theft incident. Key points: Owned by Holiday Inn, the hotel has updated rooms, restaurants, and beach areas, but signs of aging like black mold are still visible. The beach is great with clear water and an excellent DJ, but it's not family-friendly due to stair-only water access. The bar offers a good drink variety, but the bartenders are sometimes limited in their cocktail-making skills. The restaurant has diverse food options, but many dishes are served cold, indicating kitchen limitations. Odd hours for meal services: lunch ends at 2:30 PM and the café closes at 4 PM. Staff communication is challenging as they primarily speak Turkish. The hotel is situated on a slope, providing great views but making mobility difficult due to a slow funicular instead of an elevator. No entertainment or activities provided. Concerns about theft: I forgot a new TOMMY HILFIGER sweater in my room in closet on a hanger. After check-out, I realised it and contacted the hotel. Despite promising to investigate, the hotel claimed it was thrown away by cleaning staff. I suspect my sweater was stolen by stuff, which severely impacts my overall impression of the hotel.

Three star hotel so if you’re paying a three star price (under €60 I’d say) it’s fine. Bodrum has become extremely expensive. Greece is cheaper these days. Bed was acceptable. Room was clean but things falling off and apart. Dove brand toiletries? Lovely view from the terrace of Bodrum. Pleasant 30 minute walk into town if it’s not hot. Staff young and not well trained. Hotel was essentially empty when I was there. I’m a Platinum Elite member so should get an upgrade. The first room I was given was in the back of the hotel, twin beds (I was travelling alone), and the AC barely functioned. Would be impossible in the summer. I asked for a different room but what I got wasn’t much better. Not a good way to build brand loyalty.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms and towels are always clean. The view was amazing. It was so good to watch the Bodrum castle. Staf was so nice. We enjoyed with my friends. They were so kind and friendy. I will come at summer with my family.

They didn’t have a single first aid kit in the resort due to slow reason, no nurse also. They need to call EMT for a cut. Of course EMT didn’t appreciate it.

Worst , worst, Terrible, No Hospitality, staff is useless, insufficient, incompetent, Non cooperative , No one understands English, not worth to spend on this hotel, please don’t opt this hotel. This is original review
