酒店位置太偏了，出行不方便，有個大超市，酒店服務差，滿房就洗澡沒熱水，不推薦住。周邊環境差有三個大煙囱。攜程服務不錯，有問題能及時幫助。

Clean property, amazing service and best rates too. Recommended. If you are looking for a good accommodation option in Bishkek, this is your place. Just 10 mins drive from the center of the city, good parking space and loved the breakfast too.

The most comfortable hotel I ever felt like home The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Service was excellent, price affordable. Next time I’ll shop at Futuro Hotel only. Thank you for your hospitality ;)

Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way.
That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.
