For me, this was the best experience I have had, the cleanness, the quality of the installations, the service, and the food, all was amazing. Perhaps is a bit expensive but I would say that is worth it. A lot of activities for the kids and the parents. I will be there again for sure, perhaps for skiing or for the summer, does not matter.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with many attractions within a short distance from the hotel, and offers wonderful views. The building itself is beautifully finished and technologically advanced. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is delicious and diverse. The hotel has underground parking available, which is very useful. There are many amenities offered such as a spa, massages, thermal pools, a play area in the pool, a gym, a club, and many others.

Amazing experience. Attractions for all ages, fantastic, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and beautiful nature. Great activities for children. The rooms are very comfy and cozy. I am looking forward to the next stay.

Great stay at Bania Hotel, lovely food and atmosphere and fantastic time at the Thermal Baths. Really recommend it . Great entertainment for kids every day. My daughter loved it. The ladies at the Gorska Kraina were fantastic with kids and you could see they enjoyed their jobs and spending time with kids. We will definitely be back.

Excellent resort with everything you need for a great holidays in the mountains. Wonderful saunas and spa. Thermal pools are amazingly quiet in a zone for hotel guests. Our kids had great fun outdoors in the theme park. Very good selection of local food for breakfast

Best place like always. Very nice services, delicious food. Also perfect place for kinds, everything what is needed in one place, around the hotel, thermal pools also safe with many lifeguard ……..:):)

Great travel, very good Hotel, great breakfast and food. Everything fresh and tasty. I was there third time and not last one. Bardzo dobra obsługa hotelowa. Miałem takie zdarzenie, że czajnik zaczął przeciekać i woda zaczęła łapać na podstawkę i zrobiło się zwarcie i wywaliło korki. Poszedłem na recepcję, ledwie zdążyłem do pokoju wrócić, a już był pracownik hotelu, który włączył korki i poinformował, że zaraz przyjdzie pani wymienić czajnik. Ledwie odszedł, już przyszła pani z nowym czajnikiem na wymianę. Bardzo czysto, w dodatku mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci: - sala zabaw wraz z opieką - kino - teatrzyk - warsztaty - animacje na termach

Marvelous Breakfast and lunch. Professional staff. Amazing place for a stay with the kids. Planty of atractions and playgrounds for the little ones. Sweaming pools very clean and hot so the bad weather will not bother

We had mixed experience on the services we received at hotel Bania. Location, facility & food all 5 out of 5… However, our premium double suite was only 3 out of 5, very uncomfortable bed & furniture and not value for money at all. Service generally below par at 3 out of 5 and in particular poor service at bar near reception…. When you are paying premium prices, you expect these things to be right.
