Fui al hotel muy tarde de la noche desde el aeropuerto, casi sin llegar a la ciudad. Pensé que era un hotel de campo de Alemania, pero también muy cerca de la ciudad. La habitación se dirige al patio de palacio, muy amplio y fácil de usar. Las instalaciones están completas. El restaurante se dirige al jardín, cuando aparece la mañana, hay un lago grande (como una piscina de agua dulce) bajo las montañas, y el paisaje es muy bueno. La noche de llegada, el matrimonio de la India se celebra en el lugar de reunión (en el exterior, en el interior, para decorar en el momento) y puede apreciar una parte de la cultura de la India (el matrimonio de la India es famoso por el maravilloso.) Comida, bueno, el hotel de la India es un estilo de buffet y en cualquier lugar es similar al menú del centro de curry. Lamentablemente, las especies de fruta son menos que las imaginadas.

Muy bien! La terraza exterior se ve impresionante con todas las pequeñas luces y plantas colgando, y es caliente incluso en un día viento y gris. Son animales amigables, eso es un acreedor para mí. Nos trajeron agua y un poco de tratamiento para nuestro perro. La comida era grande, hermosa y deliciosa.

Nice comfortable stay for a reasonable price! We had gone on a family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids) and stayed here for 3 nights. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to Premium room (had booked for Executive)! Check-in and Check-out process was smooth. Staff at reception were always attentive and special thanks to Mr. Vijay & Mr. Imran. It’s a relatively new hotel with a beautiful Façade, nicely decorated lobby (it was extra beautifully decorated, because of Christmas), clean lobby and nice cozy rooms. Premium room had a sofa which could be converted into a fully functional bed and this made it even easier for us. Restaurant food is good at a reasonable price. Buffet breakfast is good as well (although not a very wide spread of items) including fruits, sprouts, cornflakes, Parathas / Puri and Omelette to order. Mr. Manohar at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and made things more comfortable. Only challenge I would say is lack of a covered parking space, for which cars needs to be parked in front of the hotel on the service road. Otherwise, it’s a cool and cozy hotel and we had a great experience. I will strongly recommend this hotel!

I wanted to stay at Bhopal for 3 nights and was looking for reasonable accommodation when I came across this hotel. Seeing the reviews and the pictures, I thought of giving it a shot. The best part about this hotel is it is located right across Rani Kamlapati railway station and thus is in one of the most prominent places in Bhopal. The hotel is very well maintained, with a lavish and decorative lobby. The receptionist was friendly and helped in getting me checked in promptly. My room was on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Stepping outside the elevator, I was pleasantly surprised to find the floors clean and carpeted. The room was just a few steps from the elevator, which was good. The room in itself, too, was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The bathroom was sanitized and had all the accessories that were needed. The bed was soft and comfortable, too. However, the only issue I found was that the room was small for its overall size. This makes it difficult for 2 people to roam freely in the room. The breakfast was served at the ground floor restaurant. The continental breakfast consisted of a few north Indian and south Indian dishes and regular bread, jam, butter, fruit juices, fresh-cut fruits, etc. However, the breakfast spread and the variety could be improved here too. Almost every day, I found idli or mini uttapam on the menu with the same style of coconut chutney. The north Indian was either poori sabzi, chole, or something similar. But nothing more than this. While the fresh fruits were good again, the fruit juice was from the real juice tetra pack, which is unhealthy due to excessive sugar. Thus, while the stay was excellent, the hotel is well maintained and clean; there certainly are areas of improvement that should be looked into so that the guest experience goes from good to great.

I recently stayed at sang-at plaza for the second time and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were also several areas that could be improved. Positives:staff support: the staff at sang-at plaza were very supportive, especially when i raised concerns about the initially assigned room. They promptly addressed the issue and even accommodated my request for a room change. Late check-out: despite some initial hiccups, the hotel staff were flexible and allowed me to have a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Areas for improvement:limited breakfast options: one major downside was the limited breakfast options available. As a guest, i expected a wider variety of choices to start my day off right. Pest control: the need for pest control was evident during my stay, which was disappointing and concerning for overall hygiene standards. Toiletries issue: although toiletries were listed during the booking process, they were not placed in the room upon arrival. It was only after requesting them that they were provided, which was inconvenient. Weird questions during check-in: the staff asked some unusual questions during the check-in process, which seemed unnecessary and slightly off-putting. While i understand the need for information, these questions could have been phrased in a better way to avoid any discomfort. Overall, despite being a returning guest, my experience at sang-at plaza initially left me let down. However, the supportive staff and flexibility regarding check-out time were appreciated. Nevertheless, improvements in breakfast options, pest control, and staff communication are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
