We loved everything about Wind Creek Hotel & ******; especially the accommodation, and their staff all around; everyone was quite helpful and very friendly, including the Valet parking. I forgot the cell phone in my car, so, the driver brought the car back for me to retrieve it. Thanks so much. Cheers again to that!

I prechecked in at 3:30P and was told my room would be ready in 20 minutes as was a friend of mine for her room.We never received a text after 20 minutes so returned to front desk so my friend got her room but i was told someone removed me from wait list and would take another 15 minutes that was at 4:05P...I didn't receive text til 4:50P that my room was finally ready.Also note that my Cousin who checked in for his room also at 3:30P was given his room immediately i guess because he was staying in the new wing which i question now that why wasn't i offered a room in new wing instead of having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Our room had a few issues… bath sink didn’t drain, shower hot water valve didn’t work… sink was never fixed. After they repaired the shower they (repair or housekeeping) left room door propped open for hours according to security video, until we arrived back at 10PM. Lucky nothing was missing. Security was not helpful or apologetic.

We enjoyed a Saturday night at the resort hotel. The room was new and nice, with a comfortable bed.
However, they refused to give us a late checkout even though the hotel wasn't full. The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the desk or order room service without going downstairs. And for the price I would have expected regular glasses, not styrofoam cups.
But overall we would stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean but it would have been nice to have a mini bar in the room. Some of the furniture in the living room could use a replace. The couch was like sitting on a park bench and there was a burn hole in the chair. Overall it was a nice resort and I would stay again.

easy parking, friendly receptionist, room clean, new, easy access to the stores, ****** and restaurants. Except the room sound proof is bad, a lot of noises at night, can hear next door conversation ...

The toilet clogged up, and I waited an hour for someone to fix it. We didn't have toilet paper, and the room smelled smoky; we finally got the toilet unclogged and our toilet paper. Wind Creek staff apologized I wouldn't stay there and that it was not worth the price

Favorite ****** in PA. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. Great options for dining, shopping and other activities but the ****** is def the nicest to me out of the other PA ******s. Hotel, ****** and security staff are nice and personal which is always appreciated. Highly recommend!
