Encontré este hotel bien equipado y situado para mis fines, mi trabajo en Gendarmenmarkt se distaba de 5 km, fácilmente navegable por el scooter de Lime o el transporte público. La habitación estaba en el borde de la convulsión con sólo 14 metros cuadrados, no permitiendo ejercicios de yoga implicados, yo estaba en algún modo manejando, sin embargo, la cama más que lo preparó para eso. De hecho, como se ha dicho en otras revisiones, la falta de aire hace que la atmósfera sea llena de aire, pero esto es fijable abriendo la ventana en el proyecto de configuración, dando una pequeña gira de la maniobra de la ventana sin abrir el marco de la ventana. El baño viene con los elementos básicos, aunque parece un poco viejo y usado, es sin embargo limpio esquivaje. El estacionamiento interior tiene espacio para unos pocos vehículos, pero la entrada es un horror convulsado, tuvo que doblar los espejos exteriores y conducir a un ritmo de esquí para poder entrar en el lote. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, así como una tienda de noches tarde o dos para cenas y cosas. En todo caso, una buena dirección para un corto estadía en la ciudad, muy buena valor, me quedé cinco noches por no 50 euros por noche sin desayuno (muchos lugares de desayuno alrededor por el mismo precio).

Vine a Berlín por un largo fin de semana con mi familia, desgraciadamente el hotel que reservaron fue horrible y más de un albergue- sin sonar como un baúl de la ropa que no podía quedarme en una habitación tan pequeña con 4 personas, así que decidí intentar reservar un Hotel cercano. Managed to book hotel Adele on booking.com for about €150 for Thursday-Sunday. Llegué tarde el jueves por lo que tuve que usar la casilla clave, no estoy seguro si es debido al tiempo del viaje que está afectado por COVID pero el hotel estaba muy tranquilo y me pregunto si había otros huéspedes! Estaba solo por mí mismo y me sorprendió agradablemente por mi cuarto de baño con baño, ducha, bañera y WC (también se incluyen gel de ducha, loción corporal y jabón). Tenía una TV con cama doble y el tema Art Deco es agradable - me disfruté realmente de la estética del lugar. Encontró los corredores un poco crepúsculos, especialmente en la noche que volvía solo, la habitación podría haber hecho con un espejo de longitud de piso, no vio ningún personal durante mi estancia y los tés no fueron restockados durante mi estancia, pero por el precio en tan breve noticia no puedo ¡Reclama y recomendaría el hotel Adele!

Stayed for 4 nights as taking part in the Berlin half marathon. A good base and found the transport system to be very efficient. Hotel was right by a tram stop and only a 5 minute walk to a train station that connected us with the airport. On arrival we were greeted by Kerem. Throughout our stay he attended to us very well and would always make a point to find out about how are day had been. All staff were polite and helpful and very good at speaking English. We opted for the 'greenstay' option as we did not require bedroom cleaning. We received free drinks tokens instead so it was nice to relax and enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. Room very clean and comfortable.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana alojados un grupo de amigos en una habitación y ha sido calidad precio excelente. La habitación y el baño súper limpio cuando llegamos, espacio suficiente para guardar las cosas y camas muy cómodas para ser un hostal. Por 4 euros compramos sábanas y manta y la verdad que no tenemos comentario negativo. El hall muy espacioso. Cuando llegamos preguntamos si había desayuno y ofrecen ”all you can eat” por 7.90€ y mereció mucho la pena! Además de desayunar una gran variedad de alimentos, las dos mañanas aprovechamos para hacer almuerzos. La distancia del centro ha sido muy cómoda, una media hora andando, pero sin pérdida y muy a mano. Sin duda, recomendable 100%!!

Buen hotel pero anticuado con habitaciones espaciosas e instalaciones sanitarias limpias con muchas toallas. El 'Putzfrau' fue súper dulce. No aproveché el desayuno, pero hay muchas panaderías cerca. También supermercados con sándwiches calientes y muchos restaurantes de barbacoa con platos muy sabrosos y todo muy 'Preiswert'. El transporte público está cerca. Desventaja: los ceniceros desbordados del patio estaban mal vaciados.

Había leído algunas reseñas un tanto preocupantes y la verdad es que fui con un poco de miedo. Sin embargo, tuve una muy buena experiencia. Reservé una cama en una habitación cuádruple mixta. Si bien es cierto que no había taquillas, había un perchero y se podían dejar las cosas en la cama. En la habitación había también un espejo, una mesa y cuatro butacas. Las literas estaban dentro de una estructura de madera que daba algo más de privacidad y el baño era compartido entre los cuatro. Todo en la habitación y en el baño estaba limpio y en buen estado. Había papel higiénico de sobra y jabón de manos en el baño y gel-champú en la ducha. Tuve que llevar mis propias sábanas y toallas (aunque se pueden ”alquilar” allí también) pero el colchón, la almohada y el edredón eran muy cómodos. Tanto la habitación como el baño-ducha estaban limpios, si bien es cierto que las escaleras del edificio no mucho. El servicio fue muy amable y atento y solucionaron muy eficientemente un pequeño problema que tuve con la llave el primer día. ¡Volveré! Es un buen sitio para ir con amigos.

Muy buen lugar, habitación cómoda, comida rica y muy cerca de la estación de trenes. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, el personal es joven pero muy preparado, hablaban varios idiomas incluyendo español, se esforzaban porque estuviésemos cómodos.

La habitación era muy agradable, pero no era muy agradable. Pagamos el impuesto turístico y tuvimos una habitación clave para nuestra habitación. Pagamos en línea alrededor de 80 Euro por noche y tuvimos una habitación con tres camas en la parte de atrás. La habitación era limpia y sencilla. Un escritorio con TV de pantalla grande, una ducha con un baño y una lavadora. La ducha estaba bien, pero no nos gustaban las cortinas de ducha. También el agua sería caliente durante unos cinco minutos pero no nos molestó. Limpieza diaria con nuevos ropa interior y toallas. La mañana puedes tener desayuno pero tienes que pagar por ello. El hotel está situado en el centro de Berlín, cerca de la Kurfurstenstrasse y la Dam.

Es bueno que ahora hay el IntercityHotel junto al Steigenberger en el terminal 1/2 del BER. Se abrió a mediados de enero de 2023. Las habitaciones son modernas, prácticas y elegantes, como los hoteles Intercity más nuevos o renovados. El personal es muy amable y comprometido, algunos procesos deben seguir jugando para un nuevo equipo. En pocos minutos a pie, se encuentra en el terminal de entrada, así como en la estación de trenes del aeropuerto con transporte a distancia, regional y ferrocarril. El desayuno se da a partir de las 6:00 horas, la luz se da en el restaurante, hay una variedad de desayunos. Después de mi estancia en el pasillo de la colina, el IntercityHotel Airport BER es recomendable. Espero que los huéspedes no lo confundan con el IntercityHotel en la estación de tren Schönefeld, la designación de los dos hoteles no es tan maravilloso.

UUsuario invitadoEsta a unos 25 minutos en transporte público del centro, el hotel es antiguo pero está bien cuidado y limpio. La zona tiene muchas tiendas, supermercados y bares, es una zona con mucha vida y por la noche hay ambiente para cenar y pasear. El hotel está detrás de la calle principal por lo que no se escucha ruido de la calle y se puede estar tranquilo en la habitación.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

Las instalaciones del Hotel son muy buenas sin embargo el nivel de servicio no es bueno, es una lástima, primero al llegar en vehículo el ingreso es muy dificil por que están arreglando la vía principal, nos toco aparcar cerca y llegar caminando y las señoritas de la recepción no fueron capaces de darme una explicación clara de como llegar al hotel con el auto, luego pedí que me presten un adaptador de toma corriente y la respuesta fue no tenemos pero puedes comprar en frente pésimo en todos los hoteles que me he quedado me prestaron, cuando reserve decía que incluye el parqueadero, falso el parqueadero no te cuesta siempre logres en frente del hotel conseguir una plaza cosa que es casi imposible, caso contrario tienes que pagar 18 euros por noche en el parqueadero subterraneo del hotel. El bar es muy bonito frente al rio pero muy apagado, una tarde me toco decirle al mesero por que no hay música esta muy aburrido, luego de mi pregunta pusieron música. Podria ser espectacular pero no, no me volvería alojar aca.

SSherpa42652655027This is a gorgeous spanking brand-new hotel in Berlin. Reception is exceptionally courteous, friendly and accommodating - I couldn't have asked for a better team of associates. The bar staff, breakfast room staff, concierge, and even the maintenance staff are as wonderful. I had a lovely large room with the most comfortable bed & pillows - all in modern, tasteful decor. The room also had amenities such as a mini-fridge, coffee service, waters, robe, and iron and work desk area with accessible power points on top (no bending under the desk here!) Upon arrival & departure I was greeted warmly . This sets the tone for a positive experience and I certainly felt the genuine welcome with pleasant smiles and friendly nature. The hotel is quite accessible to 2 U-Bahn stations, and within walking distance of the Berlin Zoo. Getting around Berlin is fairly easy with a well-integrated underground system of U-Bahn & S-Bahn trains. The hotel is on a quiet road across the Los Angeles Platz small park/square. Everything Berlin has to offer is easily accessible, plus plenty of shopping, dining and outdoor activities within a small perimeter. Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Gastfreundschaft!

El hotel tiene un personal muy profesional. Buen desayuno...variado y rico. Depende de la hora en que se baje se tiene que hacer un poco de cola por las medidas covid. La habitación muy limpia. Se tiene que avisar que te hagan la habitación cada día...si no se avisa no la limpian. Habitación con vistas espectaculares a las catedrales

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel se visitó en agosto 2022.First, la recepción no habla inglés ni alemán.Ella fue amable en tratar ...Next, la habitación estaba en otro edificio. , y la ubicación era diferente de la foto en el sitio web.Ellos tenían una foto de otro edificio, que más tarde lo encontré el palacio de Alt Kopenick cerca del río.Recibí una habitación en la antigua fábrica (ver foto adjunta) .Más tarde le pregunté al personal de mantenimiento y dijeron que era más barato allí pero sólo enviaban en KB2 polaco y rumano, Bulgaro invitado.Soy polaco.Esto suena muy racista y es la primera razón por la que no recomiendo este lugar.Tienen actitud racista desde el Muy empezando. Quise que me mostraran otra habitación en el edificio principal- también parecía diferente de las fotos en el sitio web ....Salas sucias Salas de baño sucias, no papel higiénico, no sopa en distribuidores, no papel para manos sólo tienen distribuidores fijados en las paredes para la imagen. El personal no habla inglés y no me entiende cuando pedí camas nuevas, dijeron que estas son nuevas, pero se parecían usadas. El personal más supridor es entrar en mi habitación sin mi permiso y ni siquiera decir disculpas. Tenga cuidado! No desperdicie su dinero! El personal roba de las habitaciones de huéspedes! Propietario racista, personal rudo, lugar sucio para permanecer en. !!!
