El hotel es un hotel muy moderno y moderno, cómodo y a un paseo del zoológico y del acuario. El hotel está muy bien, pero la línea de check-in fue un poco lenta, y cuando intentamos obtener servicio de habitaciones no estaba disponible “debido a la escasez de personal”. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de restaurantes y cafés, no hay nada de encantador. El taxi estaba casi siempre disponible fuera. El hotel tiene conferencias; un día había personas fuera protestando por una conferencia energética.

Esta fue nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y sólo quiero decir qué estancia era excelente. Desde el check-in en la recepción hasta el impresionante personal a las habitaciones y a todo lo demás, fue excelente. Este hotel sólo se encuentra mejor y mejor. Mantenga el servicio. Todo el servicio fue excelente. No mencionaré nombres, ya que habrá muchos nombres para mencionar y cada miembro del personal fue hermoso. Lo recomiendo a todos los que sé que voy a Berlín. This is a gorgeous spanking brand-new hotel in Berlin. Reception is exceptionally courteous, friendly and accommodating - I couldn't have asked for a better team of associates. The bar staff, breakfast room staff, concierge, and even the maintenance staff are as wonderful. I had a lovely large room with the most comfortable bed & pillows - all in modern, tasteful decor. The room also had amenities such as a mini-fridge, coffee service, waters, robe, and iron and work desk area with accessible power points on top (no bending under the desk here!) Upon arrival & departure I was greeted warmly . This sets the tone for a positive experience and I certainly felt the genuine welcome with pleasant smiles and friendly nature. The hotel is quite accessible to 2 U-Bahn stations, and within walking distance of the Berlin Zoo. Getting around Berlin is fairly easy with a well-integrated underground system of U-Bahn & S-Bahn trains. The hotel is on a quiet road across the Los Angeles Platz small park/square. Everything Berlin has to offer is easily accessible, plus plenty of shopping, dining and outdoor activities within a small perimeter. Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Gastfreundschaft!

El hotel está ubicado frente a una estación de Sbahn con acceso a las líneas S3 S5 S7 y S9, que conecta con toda la red de Berlín, exelente la ubicación. El hall muy amplio ,así como el restaurante, todo limpio , acogedor y con bella decoración navideña, perfecto!. En la noche el barrio es muy silencioso, así que se duerme muy bien. La habitación muy bien , con el típico standar Novotel, amplia, limpia, luminosa . Muy bien la relacion precio calidad, en general creo que es un muy buen hotel , muy recomendable. El desayuno muy bien ,la atención muy buena, siempre había mesa disponible a diferentes horarios, Nunca se veía colapsado el desayuno como en otros hoteles. Quizá faltaría más variedad de frutas. Creo que faltan algunos detalles que uno ya se encuentra en todos los hoteles, ejemplo una botella de agua al llegar , WiFi sin cobro , y algún producto en el baño, por lo menos acondicionador . Solo habían 2 botellas un gel de ducha y un shampoo , nada más , recordaba que los Novotel solían tener mayor surtido de productos, pero son pequeños detalles, que no opacan la agradable estadía.

El personal masculino del turno de noche es muy amable, muy paciente, siempre sonriente y el servicio es muy bueno. Afuera llovió y también me pedí prestado un paraguas. La habitacion era genial mi habitación estaba en el piso superior, había un balcón en la habitación y la cama era muy cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro de la ciudad, con varias atracciones, tiendas y tiendas, los restaurantes de los alrededores son muy convenientes, ¡debería ser el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en este viaje! Extremely small room with very little space to manoeuvre. TV on wall becomes an obstacle because the bed is so close. No coffee maker/fridge. Bathroom shower door is clear glass and is in the way. I hit my arm on it and ended up with a huge bruise. Staff was ok. When I pointed out an error in my bill, although I was credited, it came with an eye roll. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff were very pleasant. Location is good. Not sure I’d stay again.

Andy is the best host you could wish for. I’m not a regular traveler to Germany, but this will change. He is so lovely and full of knowledge of the area. Our room was clean and had access to the rear garden. There is also an outdoor courtyard area in the middle of the building. As a first time traveler to Berlin, I felt at home with the local advice Andy was always pleased to offer. And his advise never failed to give an opportunity to explore all this beautiful city has to offer. Let’s get onto breakfast. Well, what do you want, and how much do you want? Everything catered for. Hot, cold , meat, cheese, cereal, yogurt etc, etc

Hotel correcto, cerca de la estación de Zoologischer Garten, bien conectada con todas las partes de Berlín. Fue una suerte que la recepción estuviera abierta las 24h, ya que llegamos de madrugada. Para acceder a nuestra habitación teníamos que subir una escalera de caracol algo incómoda, pero la habitación en sí era cómoda y estaba limpia. Lo recomendaría como un hotel económico y bien situado en Berlín.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Motel one Kurfürstendamm. Diesmal länger, weswegen sich ein Familienzimmer lohnt (größer, mehr Stauraum). Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, so dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. In der Kantstraße findet man jede Menge Restaurants. Der Kurfürstendamm ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, Bahnhof Zoo ebenso. Also äußerst verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Da kann man natürlich nicht erwarten, dass man in einer ruhigen Umgebung wohnt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt vor dem Hotel. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir fanden es sogar ganz ”witzig”. Und durch doppelte, bodentiefe Fenster hört man fast gar nichts mehr. Für die Entdeckung Berlins ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel limpio. Típico 2-3 estrella. Nada de fantasía sólo todas las bases han hecho bien. Nos quedamos aquí para el maratón de Berlín - cerca de U Bahn. El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede quedar en Berlín por el maratón, porque su sistema de transporte es tan bueno y es fácil viajar al principio. Usted está en el corazón del barrio comercial. Sólo tienes que saber que todo está cerrado en un domingo. La calidad del sueño es buena. Las habitaciones son tranquilas y oscuras.
