El apartamento estaba sucio, nos pusieron una cama supletoria que era una hamaca de playa, la caldera no funcionaba, era un apartamento para cinco y había tres vasos tres platos y dos cucharas….la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y el apartamento olía fatal.

El personal carece de toda educación. Nos dijeron que el apartamento estaba estropeado y no tuvieron tiempo de llamarnos por teléfono, nos lo dijeron en el momento de llegar a ocupar nuestro apartamento. La recepcionista no tiene ningún tipo de educación. Nos trató fatal, como si fuésemos basura

I don't even know where to start they cancelled 4 rooms two days before arriving so we had to get other accommodation for our friends as it is a hen party of 28 now 10 are in a different place. We were lucky to get something with such short time the girls asked for extra beds in room to accommodate my friends well what they gave us was 2 sun loungers yes you heard right 2 sun loungers with a mattress. So all I can say is stay clear please please

This should be renamed nightmare apartments, far from a dream. I previously stayed with dream apartments in a different Belfast location so thought nothing of booking this for a concert. Booked in December they called the day of the event, 3 hours before check in time to say that unexpected maintenance issues had arisen and they had no availability! We were on the train to Belfast, we have been unable to get any other accommodation as all is £4-500 due to how last minute we had to search. There is no late train home. I have to abandon my birthday trip and concert which has been arranged since 2023. This is beyond a joke, zero empathy from the company. Will never book here again!

They cancelled our booking!!!!! Wish I had read the other reviews on tripadvisor before booking. My advice is, if you have booked here then start looking for alternative accommodation or you will be left high and dry with nowhere to stay. ...

Do not book, they cancelled booking with shocking notice and let slip on the phone they had been doing this since feb so could have given more notice. We’re now having to pay nearly 3 times as much for another hotel as costs are through the roof.

Do not book these apartments! We also had the same issue as the previous reviews. Cancelled 2 weeks before 16 of us arrived! Absolutely shocking service, due to economic pressure as well. I emailed asking if this was for real and the response....yes this is for real!!! Unbelievable, do not stay here purely for unreliability. Our accomodation we had to book was a ridiculous price causing us financial pressures. What a farce!!

Highly recommended place to stay in Belfast,staff are very friendly and Stephen on the front desk is the man to go to for sorting out any issues,can't wait to go back ASAP......ideally located for the City and its attractions.

Faultless. Great staff and great place too. We all found the staff very helpful and full of good recommendations. Loved Belfast too we all had a great time and also had a few great meals in the amazing restaurants!
