room was nice, view was convenient, staff was nice, they were demolishing areas around the stairs and elevator and it was extremely loud, fine particulate matter everywhere, jarring and distracting. Had to wait for room key. Room itself was good, kitchenette, bed, TV, corner room, heater was loud,

We spent the weekend with the Flint. We were attending a 3 day concert and home each night by 11pm. On the Saturday night the concierge knocked on our door and told us to turn down the TV.... We were quietly watching match of the day at normal level. The cleaners like to wreck around the hall pulling trollies that I can only describe as making a noise like a freight train from early in the morning, banging doors of other rooms as they go. Not quite the quiet peaceful stay we were expecting.

Apartment was well laid out, nicely decorated and had everything you needed.
Downside was that the room was quite dusty on walls and curtains, maybe due to work that was going on downstairs. Did report to reception but don't think it any hovering was done for our 5 night stay. The heating unit in the room couldn't be adjusted any lower than 18oC which was too warm for sleeping. The windows couldn't be left open due to road noise.

Great place to stay. Room was perfect & staff were friendly and helpful. Renovations were happening in the hotel but we were not too bothered by them.

Great central location in Belfast. It has been lovingly converted from an industrial use building retaining many of the original features such as the parquet floors and marble staircases. The rooms are much bigger than the average hotel room and the kitchenette was a real bonus.
Beds were exceedingly comfortable with top quality linen.
Only downside was a bit of road noise but all in all, a great place with great staff so no complaints.

The flint makes a great base in Central Belfast. The small appartments are excellent, spacious even with a small kitchenette . Staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. No breakfast but lovely coffe bar literally next door.. 3rd stay and will be back
