La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. ¡Parqué en la calle por la noche y descargaba la aplicación JustPark para que pudiera empezar a pagar por mi espacio a partir de las 8:00 y ni siquiera tuve que dejar mi habitación para poner dinero en el metro!

A very well-located hotel. The lobby also looks quite nice! Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious; since we booked a family room, there was also a sofa. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room. However, it's worth mentioning that the sink in the bathroom was clogged, which made it impossible to use, and it was also leaking. The soundproofing was not good; we could hear people talking in the next room. There were a lot of people checking out in the morning. I hope there can be improvements!

Este histórico hotel en el centro de Belfast es realmente una experiencia de comfort y lujo. El desayuno cuesta 12 Libras, y es el buffet libre más completo que ví en mi vida, con numerosísimas opciones para todos los gustos. Un placer estar hospedado aquí por dos días junto a mi amiga. La atención otro punto a favor, nos trataron muy bien.

He estado en varios hoteles de esta cadena y este sin duda es el peor. La habitación es de la que tienen el baño integrado, con dolo una puerta para el retrete, pero esto no es lo malo. El problema es q la puerta de la ducha no cierra, y el agua llega hasta la cama. Al comentarlo en recepción para pedir mas toallas(porque tuvimos q usarlas para secar el suelo) solo se nos dan el primer día. El descuento para el parking se rige x cada 24h, es decir, q si estás menos tiempo no te sirve el descuento del hotel, y si estás por ejemplo 25h tendrás que pagar 48h, cosa q no te explican. La tarifa normal del parking son 26 libras al día. Lo mejor viene ahora. La última noche estuvo sonando la alarma de incendios desde las 3 hasta las 5. Alguien había desenroscado su alarma de la habitación para fumar. Entiendo que no sea culpa del personal del hotel, pero mío menos aun. No dieron ninguna explicación ni solución a toda la gente que nos congregamos en el hall( son 6 pisos de hotel, haz cálculos). El gorila de la puerta llegó a decirle a un chico que ”salieran fuera” cuando este le exigió explicaciones. Nos trataron como a ganado y ni siquiera nos pidieron disculpas. A los españoles no se molestaron ni en mirarnos, un descontrol total. No obstante, me gustaría hacer una especial mención a Rafaela, una recepcionista muy simpática(la única) que al menos se mostró comprensiva.

Bhí mo fhanacht dheireanach ón 8 Márta go dtí an 11 Márta, 2020. Seomra ag breathnú amach ar Cave Hill agus is breá liom go bhfuil traidisiún Uladh ar fad ag an mbricfeasta te. Nuair a bhí carr ar cíos agam, bhí mé in ann é a fhágáil sa charrchlós ar phraghas speisialta: faisnéis a iarraidh ag an bhfáiltiú. Tá na daoine fáiltithe an-deas agus tá an fhoireann a ghlanann na seomraí go deas freisin. Fillfidh mé cinnte!

I booked through *********** for one night as I was attending a football match. I picked this location as I was near the stadium and I had tried other parts of the City previously. I should have stuck with my previous hotel. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t in full sun. I was put in room 10 which is at the top of the building in what looks like a converted loft in the roof space. It was 2.30pm when I checked in. I had not been sent the previously notified email with the door entry code and room entry code. It is all done this way as it is supposed to be a self service booking in process. That failed. On arrival at the door having received no entry instruction I called the number on a sign outside. I got no reply. A man then arrived with his child asking was I booking in and he took me through the process. He directed me to room 10 which is on the fourth floor. No lift. At 3.30pm I reported my concerns about the stifling heat in the room to the staff though their whattsapp number. No response for a while and then they said they would send up housekeeping which was the same man who booked me in. I explained the heat was unbearable and concerned for how it would be at night. I also said that when I opened the window the traffic noise was unbearable. He said they were full and there was nothing he could do. Only suggested putting on a plug in fan. I reported back through whattsapp to say that I wasn’t happy and what else could be done. I had a broken telephone call via whattsapp with Niamh who was a bit sarcastic and unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution and basically said they are a city enter hotel so what did I expect. It was rush hour and traffic would die down (which it didn’t). I asked to escalate the complaint. I had a call from Christine Warren who was also unsympathetic, said it was unprecedented weather for Belfast but failed to recognise my concern and that it was cooler outside than in the room. She said all of their other rooms (75) in the city were booked but I could check out if I wanted and find another hotel. Difficult in the timeframe as it was now 5pm and I was off to the match. She also commented “what do you expect for the money you paid” (£85). I asked if she would offer a reduction but this was refused. I felt I had no alternative. When I returned to the room at 10.15pm having left the window open and the fan on, it was no different. I didn’t sleep all night. Aesthetically this location looks good but the lower rated scores here do tell a story of less than luxury and consistent poor staff and management attitude when you raise a concern. The rooms are tiny and definitely not luxury. Towels were thin, dust in the bedside locker and walls paper thin which was also reported. Breakfast was adequate but only cereals,coffee toast and some basic looking cheese and ham with a few stale croissants. A chain I will be avoiding in the future.

El hotel era agradable y limpio. Un poco en el lado caro para las bebidas. El desayuno era medio y un caro para la calidad. El restaurante del hotel (la scala) era un nivel completamente diferente. La comida era increíble. Especialmente el ganso de ovejas. Mi esposa tenía el pollo que se hizo para la perfección. Si va a un viaje tranquilo, este hotel podría ser para usted. Si va a un viaje a Belfast City, entonces está muy lejos de la ciudad. Cerca de 20 libras en cada dirección.
