Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful front desk service staff. Excellent properties with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast with many choices of Chinese and western selections. Very clean restaurant with excellent service crew. Special compliment should be given to restaurant supervisor 黄文. .She treated us like a vip guest with warm welcome and excellent customer service. Once again, thank you so much for the excellent stay and beautiful experience with Hampton. We will definitely looking forward to stay in Hampton hotel again.

Good services and clean hotel. Location is not bad as well, not too far from the metro station. Breakfast is nice too.

I had a great stay at the hotel but I didn’t like that in the trip.com website it showed that the hotel rooms had bathtub but upon arrival I found out that there are only showers… otherwise overall it is a good hotel….

Hotel is in a good location for exploring the Grand Canal and shopping/dining in Changying. Only a few minutes walk to subway station. Selection of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice excellent. Staff have excellent service attitude - doorman, cleaners, front desk. Highly recommend this wellrun hotel.

酒店地理位置好，通行便捷，離地鐵站很近，酒店旁邊還有很多吃的，前台服務人員萍萍辦理迅速很專業，開發票也很快回復，入住期間是情人節還送了一衹玫瑰花，驚喜滿滿，體驗很好總之整體服務非常滿意，推薦入住！

豪華雙床房很大，佈局也合理。配套有加濕器、外賣機器人配送很及時。服務也很好，打掃會及時詢問。熱水流量很大。不足就是吹風機很一般，一次性用品前台也未主動詢問。

酒店連住三晚，出行很方便，地鐵口離得不遠，去環球影城有兩班車，安排的妥妥滴，酒店早餐品種還挺多，每天品種也是有調整，點贊！

設施：設施實用、齊備。尤其是健身房和洗衣房。洗衣房內除了洗衣、烘乾外與洗衣相關的物品還包括熨燙和洗衣液，甚至針線荷包……；還提供蕎麥枕頭；竟然還有“掛耳意式咖啡”；衞生：Housekeeping很棒，很乾凈！環境：周圍餐飲很方便；早餐：豐盛而不鋪張；工作人員很熱情❤️經歷、廚師和輔助人員都很客氣；服務：細緻、周到，特別要稱讚的是他（她）都會微笑😊，這在北京難能可貴。個人認為，出差年輕的白領、自駕、旅遊、探親訪友的中老年朋友在這家酒店和他們的連鎖店入住是很好的選擇！

來考試的酒店直接幫忙開了間不靠馬路安靜的房間房間很大服務很好早餐吃的也很好下午還幫忙延遲退房了總之很不錯（ps之前的酒店定了出了點問題攜程幫忙安排到這裏的順便誇誇攜程的服務）

位於北京通州，但交通方便距地鐵6號線步行二百多米，1小時可達北京內環。提供到環球影城免費接送班車。酒店環境很好乾凈衞生，設施比較新，房間寬敞明亮有小冰箱，乾濕分離。房間包含雙早，自助早餐，餐品齊全豐富，口味也不錯，餐廳經理服務熱情。同等價格下酒店各項均優於北京主城區內賓館，性價比很高。
