The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

Probably my favorite hotel in Hanoi. Location is top notch. Interior and exterior designs are exquisite. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Rooftop pool is nice and with a great view. But the best part of Oriental Jade is its staff and quality of service. Huge thanks to general hotel manager for taking care of us upon our check-out!

Seriously a great hotel. Breakfast is well made and quite big selection. Fresh Pho Bo is just perfect. Nothing to complain here. the rooms are a little bit smaller - but for a hotel in this location absolutely quiet and fine. You have an amazing place to start your Hanoi activities… The team is doing a fantastic job. Service is impeccable. Really amazing.

The staff are very warm, they can remember the room we stayed, and kindly remind we need to catch an early flight and should leave before schedule during breakfast. We will definitely come again and stay in this hotel the while we come to Hanoi next time.

location is perfect and the service is very good👍🏻 the only drawback is you have to take shower in the bathtub

Very (probably should use extremely) good service provided by the hotel staff. Good boutique hotel to stay especially for tourists who want some peace and quiet from the busy backpackers area in Old Quarter. Minus point is that the room is a little too small and the decor in the room is very bare and simple.

Great hotel, great service and excellent food. It is one block away from the central lake and everything is super convenient. Will definitely stay there again!

The staff were very friendly and the service is excellent. We took a Ha Long Bay cruise after two-days stay in the Hotel. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hotel Manager and the staff for receiving us after the trip while we were waiting for the airport transport. The suit is nice and the breakfast is good. We are glad that we chose Oriental Jade and we'll stay in the Hotel next time.

Nice location with many restaurants and shops around. Service is good and with a spa at the basement. Breakfast reasonable choice and Vietnam noddle soup is my favorite. Night time the roof has nice view. Is a bit hot in summer at the roof and hope will arrange air con soon. Try to book higher floor as lower floor may face the next building which is a bit old. Good for value and would recommend. Wil stay next time in Hanoi.
