We had a wonderful time at Avista! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. This is a place you could stay and never have to leave. There is an excellent restaurant on site and an inside bar as well as one out by the pool. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs were well-maintained and clean. The location is also convenient to other restaurants, shops, and yummy icecream and Italian ice. We will definitely be staying again in the future. ❤️

La llamada de incendio se desconectó a las 230. El intercom estaba diciendo evacuación. Mi familia tomó escaleras para evacuar, pero fue una falsa alarma, me asustaba a mis siete años tan mal porque pensó que era un incendio porque habíamos tenido un mal incendio en casa en el pasado. No podía volver a dormir.

We booked through trip.com which I found out later was Singapore company cause my 1st charge refused it. They do not update you but we contacted Vacasa and they send us everything we needed to get in room and gate for garage. It is a different company that manages hotel For our room at least and don’t bother with them they are just rude. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms we have stayed in many rooms at the Camelot and this was my favorite. Can’t wait to go back.

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

Sin mencionar la ubicación del hotel, la playa está al lado del mar, y el hotel en sí cuenta con varias piscinas de diferentes estilos, aptas para niños. El hotel no está lejos de la zona comercial y hay muchos restaurantes de comida rápida en los alrededores. Está a unos cinco minutos en coche de la tienda, lo que es bastante adecuado para vacaciones de ocio y viajes entre padres e hijos. Hay muchas plazas de aparcamiento en el hotel, distribuidas en varias ubicaciones diferentes, pero debido a la alta tasa de ocupación los fines de semana, todavía es un poco difícil encontrar plazas de aparcamiento. Los huéspedes que lleguen por la noche solo pueden pasar por el hotel y trasladarse a las plazas de aparcamiento a la mañana siguiente. El encargado del hotel también lo llamará para mover el automóvil. El desayuno está incluido en el precio de la habitación y se sirve de 7 a 10 en punto. Es mejor de lo esperado. La variedad es muy rica y el sabor muy hogareño. Básicamente, puede satisfacer las necesidades de personas en diferentes países. La suite con vistas al mar en la que vivíamos estaba en el piso 15. La imagen muestra la vista desde el balcón. El edificio de enfrente es también la habitación de invitados de su casa. Las condiciones sanitarias generales y la configuración del hardware son buenas. Elegiremos esto la próxima vez.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Esta fue una vacación de último minuto del 4 de julio, nos gustó el fácil acceso al frente del océano. Alquilamos 2 habitaciones según la distribución de las habitaciones, con capacidad para 6 personas. Por decir lo menos, el diseño de las habitaciones era extremadamente engañoso: la descripción en línea de la habitación no coincidía. En segundo lugar, la limpieza de las habitaciones era inexistente: pisos pegajosos, ropa sucia debajo de la cama y alfombra arenosa. Tercero, la cama carecía de comodidad y la colcha estaba llena de manchas visibles. Finalmente, la puerta de la habitación 327 no funciona: tuvimos que Jerry la arregló (la recepción dijo que enviarían a mantenimiento por asistencia, pero nunca llegaron). Además, el ascensor del edificio necesita atención: instale un sensor para evitar que se cierre demasiado pronto, especialmente cuando las personas están cargando y descargando. El lado positivo, sin embargo, fue que había refrigeradores nuevos, estufa (semifuncional), aire acondicionado, increíble presión de agua y utensilios de cocina. En general, no nos vemos volviendo o recomendando este sitio a mi familia o amigos.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
