Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We wanted a one night stay to see the Chimaera and Olympos. The hotel was well situated for us on the edge of Çirali. Carrie was very friendly and accommodating especially because of a mistake we made when booking. The rest of the staff were pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast, especially the home made jams.

Замечательный отель, хорошо все!!! Начиная от расположения, красивейшие горы, зелень, а море😍 это просто красота!!! Сам отель большой, зеленый. Огромная чистая территория, много локаций, мест для прогулок. Большой пляж, много шезлонгов, найти свободные-не проблема в любое время. Еда-выше всяких похвал!!! Очень вкусно, очень много, очень разнообразно. Каждый день с новой тематикой. Целый день на разных локациях, своя еда. По поводу алкоголя могу сказать только за вино, так как выпиваю только его. Очень вкусное местное вино, не болит не голова, нет никаких пятен, очень приятный вкус. Развлечения для детей и взрослых с самого утра до вечера, каждый может найти себе развлечения по душе. Бассейны, очень много, большие. Очень чистые, есть небольшой аквапарк. Мы жили в номерах в саду, они с новым ремонтом, очень чистые и тихие. В отеле понравилось абсолютно ВСЕ!!!!!

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

El hotel está maravillosomente diseñado y ofrece un ambiente atractivo. El personal de servicio es muy amable y útil. El equipo de animación ofrece excelentes ofertas y está muy motivado. La comida es sueñosa. Una crítica que tengo es que una placa de tenis de mesa para el exterior sería hermosa, pero la actual está mal y debe ser reemplazada urgentemente. De lo contrario, se recomienda el hotel para cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas.

Отель в старинном османском стиле ,очень красивый . Уютный , много зелени,красивая мебель в зоне где проходят завтраки. Завтраки разнообразные , вкусные.Бассейн большой чистый . Комната уютная , большая удобная кровать,Одни плюсы.!!!! Персонал улыбчивый приветливый , всегда придут на помощь все подскажут . Все говорят по русски, спасибо большое!!!!! Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es besonders für Familien und Gäste empfehlen, die gerne etwas mehr Unterhaltung und Aktivität mögen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das vielfältige Essen sowohl am Buffet als auch im À-la-carte-Restaurant. Die Qualität und Auswahl waren sehr groß und vielfältig. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie auf der gesamten Hotelanlage war sehr gut. Die Abendshows sorgten für gute Unterhaltung, und das Angebot für Kinder war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet. Ebenfalls positiv sind die Cocktails und die Haus Wein. Einige Punkte haben uns jedoch weniger gefallen. An der Rezeption war eine Mitarbeiterin leider unfreundlich, während das übrige Personal freundlich bis sehr freundlich war (Restaurant, Zimmerservice etc). Das Game Center empfanden wir als relativ teuer. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer laut. Das Hotel eignet sich unserer Meinung nach besonders für Familien und Gäste, die gerne etwas Action und Unterhaltung haben. Wer einen möglichst ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte bei der Zimmerwahl darauf achten. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Zimmer zur Straßenseite teilweise ruhiger sein könnten als andere Bereiche der Anlage. Die meisten Gäste kamen während unseres Aufenthalts aus Russland. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil: Wir haben sogar gemeinsam Fußball gespielt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Otel konumu çok güzeldi, yemekler malesef güzel değildi.. çeşit de azdı, alt kattaki odalarda rutubet var biz o sebepten oda değiştirdik. Çalışanlar iyiydi ama odalarda bakımsızlık söz konusu. Otopark kendilerine ait mi değil mi belli değil, biri kendilerine ait derken başkası kendilerinin olmadığını söyledi, iletişimsizlik var. Denizden oturacak yer bulamadık, plaj görevlisi ücretli iskele bölümünden yardımcı oldu. Fakat bize ücretsiz olarak yer temin ettiler. Yardımcı oldular.Genel olarak iyiydi ama eksikler vardı.
