The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. С точки зрения атмосферы это, наверное, лучший бюджетный отель в Турции. И в самом номере, и во дворе было очень много любопытных деталей, превращающих обычный отель в сказочное место. Когда переступаешь через порог оранжевых ворот, на которых написано наименование отеля, видишь, что стены разукрашены цветами, птичками, деревьями. Повсюду стоят вазы с растениями и разные статуэтки в виде зверей, птиц, гномиков. На колоннах висят лампы, которые вечером создают уютную атмосферу. Вечером вообще очень здорово посидеть во дворе, тем более что в конце него есть диван с подушками. Также всегда можно выпить чашечку чая (есть разный на выбор) и кофе. В номере много милых деталей. Стены также украшены наклейками в виде птиц и растений, занавески в таком же стиле. У нас была картина с экзотической птицей, зеркало в деревянной раме, деревянный шкафчик с разноцветными вешалками внутри. В ванной стоял горшочек с искусственным растением. На многих ручках и поверхностях были рисунки в виде цветов. Из удобств: две бутылки воды, две салфетки со спиртом, на столике таблички с указанием всех каналов, которые есть на телевизоре и напоминанием о завтраке и выезде, чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, гигиенический набор (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, ватные палочки). Правда предоставили только одну пару тапочек, но это не так важно. Кондиционер исправно работал, холодильник тоже был, но он нам не понадобился. К сожалению, в ванной был очень слабый напор воды, и температура плохо регулировалась. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому так и не обратили внимание персонала на эту проблему. Не знаю, актуально это только для второго номера или для всех остальных тоже. Не очень удачным нам показалось расположение номера, поскольку он был на первом этаже, и окно выходило на ресепшен. Хочется видеть красивый вид из окна, а не закрываться занавесками, но отель маленький, и только половина номеров располагается на втором этаже. Из небольшой территории стараются извлечь максимум пользы. В стоимость был включён шведский стол на завтрак. Предлагали много всего: картошку фри, омлет, варёные яйца, колбасу, сыр, овощи (помидоры, огурцы и авокадо), оливки, разные варенья, булочки, шпинат, арбуз и виноград. Также там были разные хлопья с молоком и много одноразовых добавок к хлебобулочным изделиям (сыр, джем, нутелла и т.д.). Когда мы пришли, всё было аккуратно закрыто либо крышками, либо пищевой плёнкой. Очень приятно было завтракать в таком месте. Расположение отеля отличное, он близок к пляжу и главным улицам Бодрума. В общем, уникальный отель с неповторимой атмосферой.

A Truly Average Stay with a Few Perks I really appreciated the early arrival accommodation and the complimentary breakfast upon check-in—that was a genuinely nice touch and set a good first impression. However, the stay was overall quite mixed. The pool hours (strictly 9 am to 8 pm) felt abnormally restrictive for a hotel, making it hard to enjoy a late swim. The bathroom layout was also frustrating, as there was virtually no counter or shelf space to place my shower gels and facial products. What bothered me most, though, was the security. The cleaning staff left my room door slightly ajar rather than pulling it fully shut, which made me feel uneasy even though nothing was taken. Ultimately, it was just a so-so experience. 16min of walking distance to the city center. A convienience store right opposite the hotel made everything so much easier. Breakfast was great.

Отель прекрасно подходит для отдыха с детьми. Для детей есть водные горки, детская игровая площадка, детский клуб. Территория отеля красивая и ухоженная. Номера полностью соответствуют описанию, никаких нареканий. Вид на море из номера на 8 этаже потрясающий. Еда и напитки предлагаются круглосуточно, на территории много снэк баров. Хочу отметить прекрасный ассортимент фруктов. Пляж с потрясающим светлым песком. Вода великолепная, но освежающая и на пляже достаточно ветрено.

Overall the hotel was good. Location is good, in a nice bay and easy access to Bodrum with the bus. The room with sea view in the main building was in a good condition and clean, compared to other reviews noting worn out rooms. The bed sheets were however worn out from use, they need to be replaced. Food was average, the best part were salads, meat options were repetitive and not that good, other than on a special occasion. Service was very average, at peak times as a guest I had to clean my own table and take my own cutlery. I was only few times offered a drink and mainly not. Some staff down speak much English. Not really a proper 5 star hotel but is good compared to the price paid. Full of families with small children.

Muy buena relación valor-Precio. Sencillo y con todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Bodrum. Excelente ubicación, lindo patio para descansar y la atención muy amable. Muy buena opción para viajar solo o en parejas

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

The hotel is in a very good location. The amenities and offerings at the hotel are great. Drinks, including alcohol and cocktails, are available at the bars. Aside from the main meals, Gozleme is made fresh between the hotel and the pool, and there is a fast-food restaurant between the pool and the beach. The food isn't top-tier, but it is very decent. The pools are excellent and are the most beautiful part of the hotel. The beach is 20 meters from the pool and is okay. The rooms are the weakest part of the hotel, and by Croatian standards, the hotel is realistically a 3-star property. In that regard, it is quite modest. The staff is helpful, accommodating, and friendly. If you are expecting a 5-star European hotel, you might be disappointed. However, it is actually good value for money.

WE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day. Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc) They also have some nice free activities during the day. Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better. The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill. They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done) Bad Stuff: The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER) The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up. A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us. THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted. They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see. When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.

Выбирали отель день в день , подтвердили бронирование очень быстро. Приехали заселили в 14:00. Персонал очень отзывчивый, стараются все сделать , чтобы было комфортно отдыхать. Управляющий отелем Эльхам,, всегда идет навстречу , каждому уделить внимание , пытается, сгладить любой негатив. Отель маленький , уютный, я бы сказала семейный) Территория компактная) Новые номера. Тихо. Из минусов : Номер дали без балкона, просили поменять не сложилось ((( хотя на фотографиях балкон присутствует , сушить вещи проблематично Много комаров в номере , на окне нет москитной сетки . Еда особенно на обед очень скромная, зачастую выбора нет ((( нет названий блюд Касательно лежаков, первые два дня все было норм, затем отель заполнился полностью , занимали лежаки в 7:30 , а потом дальше спать . Внизу первая линия пляжа общественная. Анимация есть , но в тоже время ее нет( Девушка аниматор вообще ничего не делала, постоянно была в телефоне, парень еще что то пытался изображать. Из Активити дартс , водное поло , и все ((( Дартс переодически забывали проводить .Водное поло проводили в самый солнцепек могли начать в 14 ( сразу после обеда ) крайняк в 15. Отель твердая тройка , 4* не тянет .
