«So I was excited about this trip. The check in was smooth and seamless and we enjoyed ourselves. However at dinner we were overcharged (our 2 kids were charged for dinner at the price of adults). When they realised their mistake they said the only way to rectify it was to offer free lunch the next day for the kids as they could not refund us the amount. Apparently it’s irreversible. We were forced to carry take away lunch even though we didn’t intend to have lunch at the hotel  At checkout they wanted us to pay for accommodation again even though we had prepaid through trip.com. Apparently they only recognise payment through *******. Even though I presented confirmation email and voucher they still insisted that I might pay. After a long wait and verification they confirmed that we had indeed paid. This was after I had sent email with proof of payment. Pretty disappointed with the service. I have always loved sunbird»
