The stay is very lovely, rooms are very clean and the receptionist is very very helpful in providing all information. I totally recommend this stay, its only 5 min walk from beach, 4 mins walk to the bus stop and 7 mins walk to Maiori port. 10/10.

Booked the panoramic studio. The view from the balcony was magnificent! Fully equipped kitchenette allowed me to cook on a rainy day. Sunset and sunrise from the balcony was spectacular.

The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

El hotel B&B es el hotel llamado, no está situado por separado, pero en el edificio donde se encuentran otros apartamentos, el recepchen en el tercer piso, pero no es 24-hour. Para entrar en el edificio, tienes que contactar con el administrador. Si tienes Internet y conoces inglés, no hay problemas con el asentamiento. Las habitaciones son limpias, tuve un acogedor balcón con sillas y mesa. Situado perfectamente, 2 minutos al mar, una gran tienda, una parada de autobús y media hora. Recomendado!

El hotel de vacaciones estándar en la costa de Amarfi, la configuración y el servicio son buenos, hay un servicio de autocar para los pasajeros, es muy adecuado para conducir Amarfi, el desayuno es rica, el hotel está cerca de la carretera, pasar por la carretera es el mar, caminar por unos pasos es el puerto de crucero, donde ir en el barco de crucero es muy conveniente jugar!

Everything was great but facilities. Old sanitary items , average bed and pillows . Food in the top restaurant is average . The 5 th floor restaurant has too high nose with imposed services to order at least 3 dishes for everyone  , so we could not spend time there with the kid who does not fond of high end cuisine. They ask a deposit even i had prepaid all the days. Car parking is chargeable.  So even the staff is very nice and helpful, the general management is too old fashioned.

Vivimos del 13 al 16 de agosto con mi novio. La ubicación es perfecta, a 4 pasos del mar y de todas las comodidades (por qué hemos alojado en usted). La estructura es un poco fechada, sería un poco modernizada, hecho algunos trabajos de mantenimiento (porque es un 4 estrellas) pero todo lo que se refiere a la habitación no es hermosa, cómoda y muy fresca. El desayuno normal, al final había muchas opciones, pero sólo conocidas las cornetas que eran pequeñas, nunca calientes y duras. En cuanto a la limpieza, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, pero lamentablemente, debo decir que se hicieron en horarios “constantes”. Ayer estuvimos en la habitación descansando (que era alrededor de las 14) y nos golpearon porque tenían que limpiar y así nos obligaron a ponernos en el terraza (perguntábamos si podían pasar a las 15 porque mi novio estaba dormido y, por supuesto, Dijeron que no había problema). El estacionamiento está convencido, justo al lado de la estructura con un costo de 15€ al día y aquí tengo que hacer una crítica (aunque, por supuesto, el hotel no tiene culpa). Mi novio tenía que trabajar hoy y ayer le dijimos al estacionador que pusiera el coche para que pudiéramos dejar la estructura a las 7 de la mañana. Nos bajamos pero había una camioneta de estacionamiento en la parte delantera, volvimos a los hoteles para pedirle que la moviera (es un estacionamiento público y, como he entendido, las llaves de los que viven en las instalaciones adyacentes, se dejan en el mirador. ) En el hotel sólo había un guardia, no había aparcamiento, no había propietario, nada. Mi novio intentó moverla, pero no se quemó, tenía la batería descargada. Ni siquiera sabían a quién llamar, ni siquiera sabían quién era el dueño del auto. Moral de la fabulosa tomamos el sitio a las 8 de la noche, dejando el coche en Maiori y nos dijeron que a las 9 de la noche el coche debía ir (y a las 8:30 debíamos estar en casa). No creo que sea una situación normal, porque esta noche tenemos que volver a recoger el coche. Obviamente, lo repito, no fue culpa de la albergo.
