«On arrival it was busy but the very lovely lady on reception was super polite and efficient. She explained parking/permit and good streets to find a spot. The bar staff were also very attentive. I did ask for a quiet room as my previous stay in Brighton on the seafront was very noisy. I was assured it was a fabulous room and quiet on the corner of the building. Unfortunately there was a manhole cover on the seafront road needing attention and every time a vehicle hit the middle it was like going over a cattle grid.
I mentioned this to a very defensive young man in the morning who really didn't show any concern and said there was not alot he could do apart from notify the council. When I suggested there was plenty he could do by putting me in another room/or more importantly my point was for future guests again he showed little empathy. I also had problems re-entering the hotel late the previous evening as I was told I had too much to drink after being out to an event locally with friends!! When I said I was a resident and all I wanted to do was go to bed a manager had to be called. The doorman chewing gum and smirking the whole time. All very unnecessary.»

«Beautifully decorated room with a small balcony to enjoy the sun . The room was big, very clean and the bed comfy. Bed linen crisp and pillows just right. We had air conditioning or could open the windows to let the sea air in!
The bathroom, toiletries and towels good quality. Theres a safe, fridge and good sized wardrobe with shelves . Kettle with tea and coffee also a coffee pod machine to use. We didn’t book for breakfast but it was an option. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend»

BBebelianaFamily Suite is fantastic. Big room, very comfortable bed with one sofa bed already set up. We are lucky to have a corner room with five full windows which three of them are directly facing to the ocean.
Breakfast is nice with sufficient choice of food and beverages. Check in & out is efficient! Only minor thing is that the shower holder is a bit loose so can’t hold the shower head. But the location is the best and there are plenty of sightseeing points, activities and nice restaurants are just within walking distance. This hotel is just located opposite to the i360 tower. Upside down house, Long Beach and also 5 minutes walk to the arcade The Pier!! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brighton!!

CCouchieThe hotel was right by the train station so easy to drop off luggage then head out and leave our luggage there when we checked out as we had a few hours before our train home. We had an issue with our room and the staff were so very helpful could not do enough. They could not move us but offered a one night refund, breakfast free of charge. We felt like royalty. Big thanks to staff members Gracjan, Justin and Alice who just made everything perfect for us. The choice on the breakfast menu was amazing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we became members of there hotel chain for future stays.

AAnnieLeeEl lugar es muy conveniente, es de esperar la vista del mar, y ofrece muchas bebidas diferentes,
Pero el servicio no es tan bueno como se dice.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, el baño no ofrece toallas de dientes, el agua de lavado de cabeza no es suficiente, el toallita no tiene cuidados de cabello, los huéspedes deben estar preparados.
Además, no hay agua caliente para lavarse a media noche, y es decepcionante.

LLisaB72I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays.
We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special.
The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed.
Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect
Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
We shall definitely return.

UUsuario invitadoA la primera vez en Brighton, en una afortunada petición me dio una vista parcial al mar que era en realidad una excelente habitación grande, cómoda cama con una preciosa bahía con vistas al sol. Todo el personal fue atento, amigable y inclusivo.
Hay un verdadero encanto y un ambiente nostalgico sobre el antiguo edificio que está en la frente de la playa, que permite el desayuno ver el mar. La única razón por la que no he dado una 5 estrella 🌟 es por algunos signos de traer y largar / fechar sillas aunque son cómodas y astutas.

We did not receive information that we needed to download an app to check in then also needing to upload a passport photo, for someone who traveled a few hours up the road not thinking I would need my passport, soon got that sorted. Then in the evening when we came back to find the pin for our room stopped working, this was soon resolved but very inconvenient. There is no reception so had to be done over phone

No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

UUsuario invitadoEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

UUsuario invitado방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
