¡La segunda vez que nos quedemos aquí este hotel! Esta vez podíamos permanecer en la vista de la piscina, apreciamos la ayuda de la ayuda de la recepción de Aman y de Keleshi! Lo que me gusta de este hotel es que no necesitamos ir a otros lugares para disfrutar de la playa ya que podemos ver peces gruesos con nuestros propios snorkels! -espaciales habitaciones y baños en un gran balcón es algo grande y se puede relajar en el balcón incluso el día de lluvia! ¡Gracias por la otra estancia hermosa y definitivamente volveremos!!

When we first arrived, the original room we were given was quite disappointing. The floor was wet, there were cockroaches running around the room, and there was no hot water. After we raised the issue with the staff, they upgraded us to a much bigger room with a beautiful sea view, which completely changed our experience. We were very satisfied with how they handled the situation and really enjoyed the rest of our stay. The only other downside was the hotel food, which we found quite disappointing. If you have a car, I’d recommend heading to the hawker area opposite the hotel, where you can find better food options.

This resort offers everything you can hope for; comfort, cleanliness and superb facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but the air-conditioning is rather noisy. Numerous restaurants on site makes you spoilt for choice, but they are rather pricey. However, the friendly staff are what makes this resort five star, they really are superb.

A very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice! The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes. The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.

Bien hecho Ronnie el asistente de la piscina que se enorgullece de mantener el cristal de agua limpia. ¡Se construirá un nuevo cubierta alrededor de la piscina en 2024. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

El agradable aroma al entrar en mi habitación presagiaba una estancia placentera. El turno de noche del restaurante ofreció un servicio excelente; el personal se aseguró de que nos atendieran con prontitud, tomó nota de nuestros pedidos rápidamente y estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades durante toda la noche. Mi marido y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en Smugglers, en especial del animado entretenimiento nocturno.

El camino hacia el complejo turístico es un poco accidentado y no hay nada cerca del complejo turístico (restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, etc.), por lo que deberá llamar a un taxi cada vez que necesite salir o comprar provisiones. La habitación en sí no es muy luminosa y los muebles estaban un poco desgastados. El complejo turístico está literalmente en una playa, por lo que es de esperar que haya bastantes mosquitos cuando regrese a su habitación, y también es complicado para los viajeros con grandes maletas llevarlas a sus habitaciones, ya que hay pocos escalones hasta la puerta de su habitación y el camino es de arena. Sin embargo, si está aquí para una estadía corta, creo que estaría bien que no lo considere. Si está pensando en quedarse una noche en Nadi y va a las islas durante los próximos días, le sugiero que busque otros alojamientos en el centro de Nadi, como el Nalagi Hotel. Cuando pasamos por otros hoteles como el Mercury Hotel, parece un motel también, por lo que podría ser mejor buscar algo en el centro.

El hotel está situado en una zona de la playa, ideal para disfrutar de hermosos auriculares. La habitación deluxe era limpia, pero cerca de la entrada principal tan ruidosa a veces. El único lado de la habitación era el baño. El duche llevó mucho tiempo producir agua caliente, lo que da lugar a agua desperdiciada y a menudo a duchas muy frías. La presión del agua también era bastante baja, y además, no había una manta cerca del río para colocar toallas como pasta dental, lo que hizo las cosas un poco incómodas.

Very warm personal service in this long year established resort - we loved the snorkelling 🤿 direct in front of the resort. You get here excellent value for money. Rooms are well equipped and tidy. The food is delicious and offers daily variations.
