Hoteles de playa en Tosa de Mar

El hotel es sencillo, pero tiene lo que necesitas. Lo único negativo es que se escucha mucho el ruido exterior.

¡Muy Satisfecho! El hotel está muy limpio y el tamaño de la habitación no es muy estrecho. Hay bastantes opciones para desayunar y están riquísimos. Muy cerca de la estación, a sólo una cuadra de la vía principal y de la playa. Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es que está cerca de la oficina de correos, por lo que es muy cómodo para comprar postales y enviarlas!

Un poco viejo hotel, la joven recepcionista y el hermano menor del primer día, es muy educado. La señora mayor del día siguiente, la checkout, pasa más de 15 minutos por cliente, larga fila de dragones, desperdicia tiempo. Las instalaciones de la habitación son un poco viejas, el hotel es pequeño, el nivel máximo de Samsung. El desayuno se sorprendió, no hay pan, hay algunos pequeños trozos de pan y salchichas. La ventaja es que la ubicación es superior, no volverá más tarde

Muy satisfecho. El desayuno buffet incluso tenía caviar de salmón. No tuve tiempo de experimentar el spa. El alojamiento también fue muy bueno, con un balcón y todas las bolsitas de té y café. Quedé muy satisfecho.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado (dentro de 10 a 15 minutos) caminando a la playa, y hay una piscina al aire libre en el hotel, que es adecuada para aquellos a quienes les gusta jugar en el agua. El desayuno es muy concurrido y no hay mucha variedad, pero está bien para un bocado rápido. Las instalaciones son antiguas, pero están bien mantenidas y hay una pequeña terraza en la habitación, por lo que es bueno tomar el sol. La parada de autobús también se encuentra a 10 o 15 minutos a pie.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel  We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel. I was especially happy that the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a room with a beautiful view. It really made our stay more enjoyable and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.  The hotel is within walking distance of the town and beach, although it’s a little further than expected. The room looks quite old but it was kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, with plenty of tasty choices. We also tried the dinner buffet as a walk-in guest, and we really enjoyed the food and the variety available. The staff in the dining area were very nice and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good food, and cleanliness made our experience enjoyable. We would happily stay here again when visiting Tossa de Mar. ❤️

¡Buena estancia!

Todo muy bien nos permitieron entrar antes de nuestra hora a dejar nuestro equipaje recepcionista muy amable por poner algo quisar a tomar en cuenta no había secador de pelo.

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
