Hoteles de playa en Provincia de Tarragona

En general, fue 3 estrellas de experiencia. Avanguardias: servicio de limpieza, comida de bufet estaba bien la mayoría de la vez, el hotel está situado muy cerca del mar. El mayor desventaja es un “todo inclusivo”, que no es sin duda comparable al turco todo inclusivo. En primer lugar, los visitantes que pagan por todo inclusivo no reciben nada en minibar, ni siquiera un agua. El bar tiene un refrigerador de agua, pero tiene que tener su propia botella. La “todo incluido” es una broma, en lugar de la normal de hielo, se está recibiendo una versión más pequeña de sólo 2 o 3 cremas de hielo básico, para todos los demás que necesitas pagar. Además, el ”bar de snack” está situado fuera del hotel, la comida no era demasiado mala, pero muy básica, la zona era muy pequeña y cerca de la piscina de los niños. Para las toallas de playa necesitas depositar 10€ en efectivo y si quieres un salón solar con paraguas en la playa necesitas pagar 25€ por un día de uso. Así, de todas las ubicacións del hotel sólo puede utilizar su beneficio total incluyente en 2 bares y 1 “bar de snack” + buffet. En general, el hotel no es malo, pero no bueno. Sería mejor que fuera con la opción cama+ desayuno, y pagar por los restos de comidas y bebidas. Será más barato y no se sentirá como un extraterrestres o un cobarde, vaya por el hotel preguntando dónde puede comer. Porque eso es exactamente cómo nos sentíamos. P.S. La dama rusa en el bar de adultos sólo estaba prestando un servicio sorprendente y fue muy útil y amable :)

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

The hotel was easy to find and was extremely comfortable. The beds were soft and the room was spacious. The hotel looked like a resort very close to the sea. It looked very luxurious and it was very clean. We had a great stay! Strongly recommended. The customer service offered help in English easily.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

El hotel precisa una reforma urgente. No todo vale. Desayuno buffet con productos de muy baja calidad. Horribles los zumos, el café y los calientes. Buena ubicación. Buena atención en recepción. Durante el desayuno, ausencia de personal en general. Habitación con mobiliario muy viejo.

La ubicación de este Hotel es perfecta, cerca de supermercados, de la playa y de varios restaurantes y bares. Puedes ir caminando tranquilamente por los alrededores. El hotel es limpio y habitaciones amplias.

overall good experience but some things could have been better english breakfast was abismal worst i have had in 20 years of staying in salou hotels they need to get a chef who knows how to cook a fried egg and sorce some english bacon they were cold and hard the yolks were solid like they had been sitting in the kitchen for 30 mins before they brought them out lunch and dinner were ok however had to pay for water and soft drinks not something i have come across before and place was overrun with school kids at meal times not a plesent experience room was ok but locking the fridge thats a new one on me car parking was an extra of cource and vastly overpriced at 20 euro a day half that at 4r hotels also you couldnt use the lift to the parking you had to get out at reception and get a key or use the stairs again a pain the hotel was clean and reasonably quiet exept the resturant but definatly geared up to charge extra wherever it could would i stay there again probably not and thats just down to crapp breakfast and little things like chargeing you to use the fridge safe and rip off car parking

La llegada fue genial mi hija tenía fiebre y vomitos y nos ayudaron facilitándonos antes la habitación, pero el turno de la tarde en recepción ya no era tan atento llamamos como 15 veces y no contestaban fui tres veces a pedir una sábanas porque nos dejaron el sofá cama sin sábanas y me decían que ya las llevaban y llegaron a las 12 de la noche con las sábanas pero tuve que ir presencialmente tres veces porque no atienden al teléfono y no porque tuvieran gente no, porque siempre que iba estaba vacía la recepción si no porque pasaban del teléfono directamente porque llamé estando enfrente y estaban hablando entre ellas… tampoco había tapón en la bañera y me dijeron que era por la sequía y ya no hay sequía… así que no sirve de nada tener bañera… y bueno el dia de salida estábamos durmiendo y empezaron a picar a las 9 y estábamos durmiendo y como no contestábamos entraron a la habitación despertándonos un desastre entre que el día anterior nos trajeron las sábanas a las 12 de la noche y nos abren la puerta a las 9 de la mañana relajar lo que se dice relajarse nada!
