I really enjoyed the time spent in this hotel. It’s centrally located, you’ll be on the main restaurants area in 3mins walking distance and 5mins away from the beach. It actually looks much better than in pictures. The rooms have been refurbished recently, so it’s quite new. Breakfast is a good deal for 10 euros. I like all the staff there, very warm and nice to us. It feels like a family run hotel, all of them are very lovely.

Au delà de nos attentes ! Personnel courtois, avenant et très poli. La nourriture était excellente et très variée que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner ou le souper. Très propre et lits confortables. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits et sommes ravis ! Je recommande fortement !

We have a fantastic experience here only AC problem that the hotel can’t fix it for us. Long story short, at night it’s cold and the hotel has changed the AC to hot ONLY! We can’t sleep because it’s too hot for us and we needed to open the door of the terrace for all night to cool the room down to sleep. We informed the staff and she told us that she can’t do anything for us because it’s control all of the AC in the hotel so she recommended us to open the main door and the terrace door for the wind to keep the temperature down and it worked perfectly. So 2 nights that we needed to sleep with the door open but it was a fantastic experience still! Thanks for the staff that trying to fix the problem and make the situation better.

It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣

Ich wurde bei meiner Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Al entrar al hotel da una muy buena impresión, las zonas comunes lucen bonitas. Las habitaciones son mucho peores, especialmente el baño. Los desayunos están bien. Una gran selección de productos diversos, lamentablemente el café de la máquina de café no es muy bueno. Una gran ventaja es la poca distancia a la playa.

En general, el personal es muy amable, salvo algunas excepciones. La habitación estaba limpia. Había algunos pelos negros largos por todas partes que no eran míos, pero es normal. Nada del otro mundo. El buffet del todo incluido ofrece comida típica de cafetería, nada del otro mundo, pero te llenarás bastante si no tienes grandes expectativas. Por desgracia, los tenedores siempre estaban fuera y no se podían reponer en 15 minutos. Siempre tenía que comer con una cuchara grande. Aperitivos, helados y bebidas en el bar todo el día. ¡Solo dos peticiones por la noche en el único bar de bebidas es demasiado poco para un hotel con todo incluido! ¡Hacer cola durante 20 minutos para una bebida es irrazonable! El mobiliario de la habitación es muy básico. La caja fuerte tiene un coste adicional. La cama chirría con cada movimiento. En la piscina, la mitad de las tumbonas están reservadas con toallas durante horas porque el sol no sale hasta la 1 p. m. y nadie quiere tumbarse a la sombra por la mañana. Sin embargo, por la tarde suele haber mucha gente. En general, en mi opinión, es un hotel con aire acondicionado normal, con precios superiores a la media en temporada alta.

En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

Parece tener una buena relación calidad-precio. Tiene limpieza general, relativa cercanía a la playa, buena selección de comida y personal agradable. Fantástica vista desde el bar de la azotea. El camino desde la playa de regreso al hotel es hacia arriba con una escalera, por lo que puede que no sea adecuado para todos. La comida es deliciosa, la cantidad de alcohol permitida (3 copas de vino o cerveza en el almuerzo y la cena) es suficiente. Recomendaría este hotel.

Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough. The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am? On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time? The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further. Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
