«Hotel en general que necesita una actualización, se nota que tiene unos años encima. El servicio y la atención de los empleados, para mi lo mejor del hotel, al menos por mi experiencia. La comida deja algo que desear, aparte de que no siempre hay de todo. Vale la pena reservar en el restaurante del Malecón, tanto el servicio como la comida son mejores que en el self service. Y el bar de la playa también es una buena idea por el entorno y la tranquilidad. En cuanto a la animación, los chicos/as lo intentan aunque sin muchos resultados. Los espectáculos por la noche bien en general, aunque no deberían de dejar pasar tanto tiempo entre el mismo y la discoteca. Pasa casi más de una hora entre uno y otro y la gente se enfría. La playa no es amplia y bastante sucia de algas y demás. Aunque intentan cuidarla a diario. Creo que en general tiene buena relación calidad precio. Pero para playa mejor ir hasta Playa Pilar o alguna de otro hotel.»
