Fantastic hotel. Beautiful views of Haikou everywhere you turn, whether you’re eating breakfast, checking in or resting in your room. Location is good, walking distance to some nice parks, restaurants and cafes. A short taxi to Qilou Old Street. The room itself was spotless and had everything you need. Amazing breakfast, excellent gym and pool area. I didn’t try the spa but it looked good too.

Gracias Hardy El limpiador ( Liu Lena) en nuestro piso hizo un buen trabajo.También se aseguró de que nuestra habitación era limpia n temprana. Siempre muy amable .Nos quedamos aquí 3 noches .

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to the team at the Langham Club on Level 42 and the bar on Level 43. In particular, Amber was exceptionally hospitable throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and ensure I felt well taken care of. I am also incredibly grateful to Kevin, the intern at Level 1, who was an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with my Taobao parcels, helped with my luggage, and even helped me make restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so without a local phone number. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a significant difference to my stay. So grateful to meet these friends during my stay in Langham Haikou. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable one.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el ”Holiday Inn Express”. La habitación, las vistas, todo fue perfecto, y el desayuno excelente. El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Una familia de tres personas vino a Haikou de vacaciones. El hijo quería quedarse solo, así que reservamos un apartamento diáfano. Al llegar, notamos un fuerte olor a humo y llamamos a recepción. Primero enviaron un purificador de aire y luego nos enviaron un mensaje esa misma noche para cambiarnos a una suite superior. Su servicio fue muy atento y eficiente. La suite superior era más cómoda, y la habitación que no estaba abierta al público nos permitió dormir mejor. Nos quedamos dos días y luego ampliamos nuestra estancia. Nos trajeron todo lo que necesitábamos (agua, una maquinilla de afeitar) con prontitud. Incluso después de medianoche, respondieron rápidamente a nuestros mensajes de WeChat. Aunque el Hilton es un hotel consolidado y las instalaciones no son nuevas, están muy limpias y el servicio fue excelente. ¡Sin duda, nos alojaremos de nuevo en el Haikou Hilton la próxima vez que estemos en Haikou! La limpieza, el ambiente, las instalaciones, las vistas y el servicio son excelentes. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, y el mayordomo de atención al cliente es muy paciente y atento.

The staff working here are absolutely excellent. From the ladies and gentlemen on the front desk, to the amazing chefs and restaurant staff, and the fantastic guest room upkeep and service crew, the duty managers and floor managers and the maintenance and garden and pool crew. We stayed for a few days during a national holiday, and were so impressed by the professional, friendly excellent staff who were all doing a truly great job. It made our stay, with a child, of the highest quality and satisfaction. Justin, the manager on duty when we arrived was very friendly and attentive and was a wonderful help to us. The pools and restaurants and cafes at the I hotel are fantastic. Beautiful, clean and well organized. The evening hour in the Executive Lounge was excellent also. Very satisfied and grateful to Justin and all the staff at this great hotel.

陽台泡池水很小，放3個多小時放不到一半，電視無法看網絡電視 衹可看5個央視直播 沒意思 我就是住100的酒店都可以有網絡電視看，晚上有蚊子咬我，到的比較晚 所以室外温泉也沒體驗。酒店原來不供早餐，我反應不好的體驗後。酒店送了早餐。早餐還不錯吧。從環境來説陽台沒有窗簾 泡温泉容易走光 前方有半塊板遮擋 看海效果很差

Nos dieron una habitación superior con cama king size sin coste adicional, que era realmente espaciosa. Está muy cerca de la calle antigua de Qilou y se puede llegar en bicicleta desde la biblioteca de Yundong, así que la ubicación es excelente. Sin embargo, las almohadas eran un poco altas, las más altas de los tres hoteles en los que me alojé durante este viaje. Sería mejor si pudieran cambiarlas. Volvería a elegir este hotel la próxima vez que visite Haikou.

非常非常好的一個酒店，一出在房間內可以看到。哦很好看的風景，有大海，還有呃成片成片的椰子樹，還有一個超大的無邊泳池。真是一個非常好的一個酒店!特別推薦，而且價格還比較實惠，同時呃前台的工作人員都非常的好 衞生：酒店的衞生做的非常乾淨，是真的，體驗感超級好。 設施：如果説來這裏度假想找一個安靜並且一出酒店就是大海的，那麼這個酒店一定是最佳的選擇，實在是位置太好了，真的在這裏住很放鬆，一連住了三天，真的心情很愉悦

Location is ok since we Didi everywhere. But lots of cockroaches everywhere like literally every room we spotted them 😔 we stayed for 6 days but no housekeeping at all in between as well. Initially we asked for taobao parcel to be sent over to hotel, the staff simply mentioned got collection point downstairs and we happily ordered not knowing it's collection locker and must be collected once arrived in I think 36h or so, else will need to pay for excess hours. And we had to pay for so many parcels 😮💨 they could provide more information to us...
