Muy buen hotel, excelentes comodidades, habitaciones limpias y el personal es simplemente excepcional. El desayuno es típico turco con muchas opciones para elegir. Spa, piscina, sauna y Hamham estaban bien mantenidos. El gimnasio es extraordinario, nunca en mi vida había visto un hotel con un gimnasio de este tamaño, está tan bien mantenido, tiene máquinas de gran calidad e incluso un ring de boxeo. En general disfruté de mi estancia, todo fue perfecto. Definitivamente vendría otra vez.

Es un servicio muy pobre y una mala ubicación para acceder al metro al centro de la ciudad. Desayuno muy caro para pareja por día 1000TL. ¡Los trabajadores del hotel no son profesionales! ¡Cometí un error al elegir el hotel y no volveré más!

Nos alojamos en este hotel por 5 noches en pareja. Las habitaciones están limpias y son lo suficientemente grandes. El Desayuno Buffet es aceptable. El hotel dispone de piscina al aire libre. Está cerca de la estación de metro y se tarda sólo 10 minutos a pie hasta la estación de metro. Lo único desagradable de la ubicación del hotel es que no hay muchos mercados, restaurantes o bares alrededor del hotel y el hotel está en una zona industrial.

I was with my daughter and it was a great experience for us the Hotel was amazing in cleaning and Stuff were great and very nice to help The breakfast was good and everything was fresh and delicious Our room was in a 5th floor we had a good view of the city and pool The bath tub was so clean to use. We will stay here again soon 😇 Thank you for everything

It was a wonderful hotel! Great service and we loved the amenities! The breakfast was the highlight because we enjoyed it so much!

Location was not to good and you can see the some hair from the bedsheets haha

I book 2 rooms for 3 nights and I got room in 8th floor. The room is clean unfortunately the AC was not working. They sent a technician to fix it but they just reset it. After sometimes the AC got error again. It happened again and again. Finally, the following day i request to change the room, but after changed the room it has the same issue with the AC. The AC technician said it is problem for whole rooms in floor 8th. Disappointed for the 5 star hotel happen like this. The food was good but all 3 days i stayed we got same food everyday. Location is far from tourism area. I will not recommend this hotel for tourism with family.

Good hotel. But for those who are into shopping it is far from the city centre

I stayed here 7 nights excellent gym swimming pools especially indoor swimming pool staff is very good I enjoy to live here.

Its a big hotel with the pool. So its very nice to go there in the summer.
