The view from the room was excellent, the cleaning of the room was outsatanding.. It was an excellent stay as usual and this is not the first time I am using their place but yes every time they surprise me with better services. Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities provided were appropriate and met all my needs. The staff were notably polite and accommodating. The buffet was a highlight, offering a tasty and varied selection that was perfect for starting the day. But the hotel's location by the highway. Overall, it was a positive experience and a great value for the price.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Tenía un momento sorprendente con mi familia y también celebraba el 40o aniversario de mi hermano. La comida es deliciosa y el desayuno es también agradable Un lugar agradable para refrigerar después de cenar es la zona de la piscina que es tan tranquila y tranquila El resort está rodeado de campos de arroz, Absolutamente lejos del entusiasmo de la bústula y el ruido por la puerta del fin de semana perfecto para refrigerar, relajarse y disfrutar.

Then wait a minute and take a look at this beautiful Property. 📌 The Cristallo Resort , Khoai Haat, Sonajhuri, Santiniketan, West Bengal 731235 (2 Minutes Walking Distance from Sonajhuri Haat) You can Stay at their Beautiful Cottages or Deluxe Rooms with all the modern amenities. The rooms are very spacious here and you can get a beautiful view from the balconies. I absolutely loved the lawns here and they have multiple well maintained gardens. The best part is have a full sized swimming pool and a beautiful home decor shop inside the property. The Cristallo Resort has their own Multicuisine Restaurant that serves delicious food all day long. We tried their Bengali Dishes for lunch, Some Snacks in the evening with coffee and Chinese for dinner. The food was extremely good here and the complementary breakfast was the cherry on top. Overall I had a great experience. Every corner of this property is insta worthy and the most important thing is all the staffs are very friendly and helpful here.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. Management should look into this and take some corrective actions I have covered this hotel and Bolpur in my Youtube Channel. You will get the link in my profile. It was a good family friendly hotel. Though the food price of its restaurant is little bit high, but the food quality is delicious. Rooms are well maintained. Acs are working well. All amenities are good. Staffs are well behaved. Helpful and co operative. Room service is also very good.

We stayed as a large group in multiple rooms. Rooms were basic, but the air conditioning worked well. The plumbing was ok too.Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The food via room service was very good, and good value. One note of caution..and not the hotels fault..but during HOLI the noise outside is non stop pretty much 24 hours a day. There is a open air venue next door with loud prayer and music lasting all night. So be aware you will need earplugs during this time.
