Very good staffs. Had a wonderful stay and the staffs were very helpful. Must try the fried katla fish awesome.

Location is best ..away from busy allies and market ..walking distance from railway station..Parking facility available..We stayed in their Suite quite spacious ..other rooms are also quite good. The checkin was quick.. Please note that this not a star hotel so please do not expect those facilities..if you are here to visit the temples with that mind set quite decent hotel.. Service was OK Linens were neat and clean however they need to work on keep upkeep of bathrooms.

Hotel city pride has a banquet hall and there was marriage ceremony going on and loud music continued after 12 am and on coming to the reception to stop it nothing was done.

Room is okay but food quality and service has to be improved. Unfortunately no service is available before 8am.

Being a travel agecny send a group of customers ..Staffs are very cooperative and having fair idea about travel locations.Hotel was good and food as well. But they collect all the money before arrival not suitable for travel agents.Need to be more professional..

Close to nabadwip station. Nice behaviour of staffs and helpful. Foods are tasty. They cook food according to your choice with preferences.
