DDC005Si prefieres un albergue tranquilo y aún disfruta de comida tailandesa + buena masaje...este es el lugar. No está lleno.
Aquí está el hotel, el hotel está bien situado.
4 de nosotros disfrutamos de la comida en el resort tan mucho que hasta ahora se está volviendo a SG... todavía pensamos en ella *mejor que la comida que comimos en los restaurantes de Bangkok n ni siquiera estoy bromeando* Tengo que mencionar aquí su PIZZA fue tan delicioso!!!
Sólo los cons se van desde el aeropuerto de Suvarnabhumi a Vala Hua Hin durante 3 horas :(

UUsuario invitadoVery disappointed on my 2nd stay with this hotel. I used to like but I will try other hotel next round.
1.) Room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm.
2.) Housekeeping not done well. Bedsheet was not tucked into the bed
3.) Towel not clean
4.) They moved all house guests to thai restaurant for breakfast. Didn't like the place. Small and food not refilled fast once run out. Used plates on table was not cleared fast. It was due to wedding events. Unfortunate and disappointed. The photo I attached was breakfast on first day. Nice ambience but not 2nd day. Didn't enjoy my stay.
Didn't expect the cleanliness fall below my expectation for dusit thani brand.

UU.S.C.It’s one of our best stays in HH and we’ve stayed in different properties in our many visits. Ace of HH stands out not only on its beauty and direct beach access, but more importantly the friendliness and dedication of all staff members from the General Manager to the pool assistant, server at the breakfast to the cleaning lady. We were well taken care of and the staff genuinely cared for us. It was a great stay and we truly enjoyed it!

TtrinlimThe hotel is a normal four-star hotel, but the room is quite large, with a bathtub, a comfy bed, and a view of the swimming pool from the balcony. All of the workers are pleasant and provide fantastic service. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach behind it. There is a 7/11 convenience store near the hotel's entrance. It is located on the major road, just ten minutes from Hua Hin's downtown. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's worth the money.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

KKungyWe stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.
