RRafsana ChoudhuryThis return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

UUsuario invitadoIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Para empezar, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta: está convenientemente situado con fácil acceso a tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Desde el momento en que llegué, el servicio de bienvenida fue de primera categoría. El personal fue profesional, amable y se desvivió para asegurarse de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba. El registro fue rápido y sencillo, y el ambiente general del hotel es elegante y acogedor.
La habitación era espaciosa, impecablemente limpia y equipada con comodidades modernas. La cama era increíblemente cómoda, lo que me permitió descansar plácidamente toda la noche. El baño era lujoso, con artículos de aseo de alta gama y una fantástica ducha de efecto lluvia.
Uno de los aspectos más destacados de mi estancia fueron las opciones gastronómicas del hotel. El desayuno buffet tenía una gran variedad, para todos los gustos, y la calidad de la comida era excepcional. También disfruté del tranquilo spa y del gimnasio del hotel, que le dieron un toque especial a mi estancia.
En general, mi experiencia en el Park Hyatt Doha fue fantástica y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una estancia lujosa y relajante en Doha. ¡Sin duda volveré en el futuro!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
What pleasantly surprised us the most was the high-quality set of toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Davines, plus even a facial cleanser from Comfort Zone.
It’s rare to see such attention to detail.
The staff were professional and welcoming, and overall, the experience felt well above average. Highly recommended!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

UUsuario invitadoAesthetically it is an absolute Gorgeous Hotel! Super clean, housekeeping are superb! Accomodation and service is exceptional! We had a wonderful stay. There is a shopping Mall called Lagoona Mall right next door to the hotel that carries high end brands like Chanel. Special Thanks to Mrs. Aya and Mrs. Wejdan at front desk. They are amazing and extremely helpful. Wejdan prepared a wonderful surprise for my daughter's occasion a very sweet and memorable gesture, and Mrs. Aya was very courteous to extend our check-out to accomodate our late flight. The Ladies Elegant Hair Salon are Experts! My daughter styled her hair outside the Hotel it frizzed in 20 minutes we re-did her hair at the Mondrian Hotel and the Lebanese Stylist did an outstanding Job see photo! A Special Thanks to Mr. Abdullah whom helped arrange an Uber car for me and was very courteous to help pay for it when I did not have local currency. Everything in this Hotel was amazing! Breakfast was high quality culinary. Josh was creative with the eggs, all the breakfast Team were attentive to our requests and greeted us with a warm welcome each morning. We stayed one week they actually memorized our pattern and prepared our table in advance we were very flattered by this personable gesture, Thank you! We are definitely returning, Thank You To all the staff and the wonderful surprise that welcomed Us in our room our first night. We truly value you all for this very memorable experience at the Mondrian doha. It does not get better than the Mondrian doha I promise just look at our personal photos!! Mondrian Doha is just DIFFERENT! I am in LOVE with this Hotel! It's beauty doesn't do it Justice!

El desayuno es relativamente caro, 50 QAR. Por este precio, puedes comer mejor en IHOP, Starbucks y COSTA cercanos, y todos están abiertos las 24 horas del día.
La ubicación del hotel está un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad y del transporte público, pero puedes caminar hasta la estación de metro en 20 minutos.
