Cold but it creates lot of noise and supply at bathroom is not available i have to buy our own toiletries like bathroom tissue , soap , shampoo etc .
The bathroom door does not have handle or door knob just the deadbolt that i dont know what for . Wr need to use a thick tissue to close the door insert in between.

GGreg from LondonAn excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

UUsuario invitadoStayed at Central Park Reef Resort in Subic and had a bit of a mixed experience overall.
Pros: The hotel itself is very clean and modern, which immediately stands out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, definitely a plus if you’re staying with family. Both pools are great in different ways — the ground floor pool has a really nice shaded setup with a relaxed atmosphere, while the rooftop pool is perfect for sunset views overlooking the beach. The American diner-themed restaurant is also a nice touch aesthetically.
Cons: Food was unfortunately a letdown. The pizza tasted like something straight out of the freezer, squid rings were tough and had a fishy taste, and breakfast was pretty average at best — especially considering the price point.
What really stood out (in a bad way) were the extra charges. Being asked to pay ₱100 for an extra pillow and ₱50 for ice felt excessive. I even requested a simple room setup for our 7th anniversary, and they quoted ₱5000, which was honestly surprising. It feels like they try to charge for every little thing.
Overall: Great facilities and comfortable stay, but the food quality and constant add-on charges take away from the experience. Good place to relax, just don’t expect much from dining or flexibility with requests.

GGuenterLa parte del pub de la oferta era excelente, Magners en tap, verdadera atmósfera del pub británico, mejores calamares que tuve en las décadas. Nice asientos mirando en la bahía. No podía ser mejor en Inglaterra.
Las habitaciones estaban bastante soso, y no me refiero a la tamaño o a los muebles elementales. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable.
La mañana me ahogó rápidamente en el agua y me dejé un día temprano.
En general, preferiría pagar 10 dólares más y tener una ducha decente y un aire acondicionado y no hay bugs en mi habitación.

UUsuario anónimoL'hôtel est situé en bordure de route, mais les chambres donnant sur le côté sont calmes. Ma chambre avait un balcon. Il y a une plage en face de l'hôtel et une autre à quelques centaines de mètres à pied. Beaucoup de restaurants à droite et à gauche de l'hôtel. Cet hôtel est donc bien situé pour des vacances à la mer.

UUsuario invitadoThis is an older hotel I stayed at in subic . I is a long time serving the area . The rooms are basic and the WiFi in not to strong . It could have been better if the room had a kettle and some cups to make a hot beverage !! This is just a basic requirement for a hotel room . But sadly this hotel seems not upbeat to give this for the rooms . Overall the staff sons nice done not so nice . Good location near the beach . But the lack of basic kettle and cups is not what you would expect from a hotel .

+-вкусный завтрак , но на сайте было написано, что можно было за место завтрака сходить на обед , на ресепшене сказали , что только завтрак.
+хороший работник , много раз выручал , показывал как пользовать сейфом , забывал ключ в номере , он открывал мне ее.
Минус- кажется , что бассейн не чистят , много насекомых плавает , хотел искупаться , так и не решился.
Хитрость персонала - напомнили мне , что я не вернул карточку от двери, но ничего не сказали мне про то, что я забыл залог в 2000 песо , когда пришел через 5 часов , мои деньги убрали в другое место. Такси в отеле стоит 500 песо для иностранцев

MMaria AvenaI would like to commend Lee in the Restaurant for being so friendly and giving me an excellent customer service also the guy in Front Office he is really friendly, knowledgeable in his job. HOWEVER
1. The property has poor amenities. For instance, no bottled water but instead they prepared an empty container for you to get the water in the restaurant in water dispenser as really like a dorm or bed space set up or hostel set up.
2. You do not have toothbrush and toothpaste
3. No slipper
4. No floor towels anywhere.
I was thinking if Subic Park Hotel is now a hostel but when I checked it is a Hotel with a hostel set up. There are some properties inside Subic with cheaper prices but with complete amenities. Just saying.
Kudos to employees here by the way. They are delivering excellent customer service even the property has poor service.
