CChuan Pang LeeWonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others!
Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city.

UUsuario invitadoTo jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon.
One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it.
What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked.
The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort.
Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas.

WWade99Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

UUsuario invitadoLa playa es pequeña pero muy buena, buena arena suave, protegida del viento, agua transparente. Uno para el desayuno y la cena parece una cantina con demasiados turistas de paquetes no un agradable pasar tiempo allí Y eso es una verdadera lástima que el hotel no sólo tiene desayuno. Las habitaciones con vistas a la montaña no tienen vistas en absoluto sólo a las plantas delante de los hoteles , todas las montañas están cerradas por los busques , si reservas esta categoría de habitaciones solicitan el piso más alto

UUsuario invitadoNeeded a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes.
The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you.
The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony.
There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone.
Would highly recommend

JJelle SPerfect stay in Sitia. All was great I arrived at 1.30am and there is a 24h reception. The rooms are clean and big, the bathroom is clean and good shower yet little old. A terrace with city and sea view. A good breakfast included. El bar de techo con piscina tiene unas vistas fantásticas sobre la bahía. Un restaurante decente en frente del hotel. Situado en la mejor ubicación. La única parte negativa no fue paredes de ruido. Me encantó mi estancia allí!

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly.
I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around.
The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful.
We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days.
I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers.
I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
