You cant go wrong with this one. Very nice staff, good location, good bed shower and modern. Plus is the self laundry- washing and drying. Very good and new facilities and it is free. Will def go with this one again.

Antes de quedarse en el hotel, me sentí bien al servicio del hotel, porque por favor póngase en contacto con el hotel antes de entrar en el hotel. Cuando se envía el correo, ya tenía una buena sensación. Después de 2 noches de su estancia, no me arrepiento de elegir vivir en el hotel.

Reposado en febrero de 2025 , junto al casino del hotel y de la izquierda del hotel hay un supermercado bueno, también como la piscina de techo en general todo es limpio hermoso y cómodo, el personal ruso no habla

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

El desayuno fue realmente bueno y delicioso. El personal fue muy amable, solo les escribí para cambiar la habitación, pero no me respondieron, así que les aconsejo que revisen los mensajes y respondan a tiempo. El dormitorio con 1 cama de matrimonio era realmente agradable. No tenían muchas opciones para 2 camas individuales, aunque estaba limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, hay varios restaurantes y bares a poca distancia.

Very good experience, the hotel is clean and the best thing is one of the few hotels in Santo Domingo that have late checkout. The parking can be difficult to find, make sure you enter from the street Fantino Falcon

La habitación está muy bien equipada, muy bien situado en la zona Colonial y a una distancia de caminar de la parada de autobús a/de Punta Cana. La habitación era muy limpia, la habitación era muy limpia y la habitación estaba muy limpia.

I have no complaints. My stay was well pleasurable. I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. La zona de la ciudad es muy agradable, pero no se puede encontrar en el parque. Seguro, no fabuloso, pero bueno. Todas las esenciales están allí . Un poco fechado, pero mantenido. Piscina superior de techo y desayuno superior de techo son muy agradables. Personal útil y agradable. He estado aquí algunas veces y siempre es mi primera opción cuando necesito ir a Ciudad.

Excelente atención los recomiendo, el área de la piscina y el bar excelentes, solo recomendaría extender el horario del gimnasio
