Valoraciones de Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko

We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολυ προσεγμένο με πολλές παροχές. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή δίπλα σε σκι λιφτ. Διαθέτει parking. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε δωμάτιο με θέα στο βουνό. Το δωμάτιο είχε καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρα, νερό και υλικά για τσάι και καφέ. Το στρώμα άψογο! Καθαριότητα και ησυχία! Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολυτελές Spa! Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό! Ενώ κατά την κράτηση πλήρωσα αμέσως την αξία του δωματίου με πιστωτική κάρτα, η υπάληλος στη reception δεν έβλεπε στο σύστημα τους την πληρωμή μου και μου ζητήσε να ξανά-πληρώσω την αξία της διανυκτέρευσης. Της είπα οτι είχα ήδη πληρώσει την αξία της κράτησης του δωματίου. Την επόμενη ημέρα κατά το check out μου ζήτησαν να ξαναπληρώσω τη διανυκτέρευση. Επέδειξα την απόδειξη πληρωμής που μου είχε στείλει η Trip.com τότε η υπάλληλος δήλωσε οτι θα έπρεπε να το επιβαιβεώσει ο manager...αφού περίμενα ακόμη μερικά λεπτά αναγνώρισαν την πληρωμή μου. Δυστυχώς η καθυστέρηση και η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης της πληρωμής ήταν αδικαιολόγητες για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο.

Reseña de la escuela de esquí Elite. No lo recomiendo mucho. Los precios son al menos dos veces más altos que en otros. Pagado por 3 días 3000 euros para instructores. 2 personas se enfermaron y redujeron el número de personas en el grupo. Casi no devuelve el dinero. La relación de la escuela no es muy agradable, ella dijo que si algo no le queda bien es problema nuestro y no nos devuelven el dinero por el cambio (cada persona adicional al grupo se le paga adicionalmente). No nos habló muy bien y dijo que no le importaban las reseñas. Frente al hotel hay una escuela, mucho más económica y con buen servicio y buenos instructores.

Todo el personal de la recepción es grosero, no se involucra para resolver las necesidades del cliente. Y es verdad lo que dice otro cliente: Desafortunadamente, estos empleados que representan a los grupos hoteleros Kempinski están muy por debajo de los estándares de un hotel de 5 estrellas. La verdad es que no encontrarás un hotel mejor situado para esquiar y tan buenos cantantes y animadores como Ellie y Dony y actúan en el Kempinski Bansko los fines de semana.

Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. Hemos estado viniendo a cada temporada durante una década y, lamentablemente, las relaciones con los clientes empeoran cada año. este año, hice una reserva a través de una agencia de viajes y dije específicamente que las habitaciones deberían estar conectadas. Sin embargo, dijeron que no recibieron esta solicitud y que no pueden hacer nada para resolverla. Cuando expresé mi malestar sobre este tema, en lugar de ofrecer una propuesta de solución, me preguntaron por qué hice una reserva con una agencia con tono de regaño. Como cliente que ha preferido este lugar durante años, encontré este comportamiento ofensivo. Cuando dije que esa actitud estaba mal y que esperaba una disculpa, el recepcionista llamado Boris se burló de mí y se rió en mi cara. Desafortunadamente, estos empleados que representan a los grupos hoteleros kempinski están muy por debajo de los estándares de un hotel de 5 estrellas. No dejaré aquí la humillación que viví y trasladaré mi denuncia a las unidades necesarias. Aunque mis vacaciones aún no han terminado, es un lugar al que nunca volveré. Ningún huésped debería tener este tipo de experiencia.

Hello, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is the nicest hotel in Bulgaria that we have visited. The unique boutique interior architecture creates an exceptional cosiness and atmosphere. Comfort that is offered and maintained in all four seasons is also something we value very much. We would like this unique and cozy atmosphere to be preserved. The Italian restaurant offers food that you cannot find in many places in Bulgaria. A wonderful culinary experience if you like fine dining. Some time ago we had a family gathering, for the organization of which we encountered full cooperation and professionalism from the hotel staff. We highly recommend everyone to visit this wonderful hotel. During our last visit, we were extremely pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and attitude of Ms. Veselina Yakubova (Front Office Manager), who responded to an unforeseen situation adequately and with understanding. We especially want to express our gratitude for her work. We also met by chance the General Manager of the hotel, Mr. René Detzen, with whom we also had a very pleasant conversation. Beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location right next to the gondola station with ski in and ski out. The staff are outstanding, they go above and beyond to make guests feel like VIPs. We stayed for a week and loved everything about this hotel! From the spa to the restaurants, the front desk, the bar and a special shout out to the ski room staff and the room attendants, the team is great. Little things like walking through to the restaurant and being asked (knowing my name) if I am having a nice stay, and do I need anything is a really nice touch especially as these staff see thousands of guests a year. The rooms are lovely, spacious, immaculate and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was nice as was supper and reasonably priced in our package. We were frequently joined by my sons who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff could not be more helpful. This is my 4th visit to Bulgaria and is my first choice as an intermediate skier with a party of mixed levels. The location makes meeting up during the day and evening super easy especially if we split up during the day. Popping in and out was so easy and the ski room staff are incredibly responsive at accommodating you speedily and the bar is a 1 minute walk inside with another bar outside at the door so great for waiting for others. Is there a downside? I would have to dig deep and have to say I would struggle to come up with anything. The internet connection was great, the bathroom beautifully equipped with plenty of hot water and the bedding of excellent quality. These are my usual gripes with hotels but the Kempinski got these right too so I have to award a 10/10 I would definitely come again and am looking forward to it already.

Very great hotel. The location is amazing, with skis directly to the mountain. Room service and other service very good. SPA excellent, very clean. Saunas are already warm in the morning. Rich breakfast and also dinner. We recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfectly located for skiing :-) Rooms were clean & comfortable :-) Spa was very relaxing before 4-30pm when it becomes busy with a lot of children using the facilities Absolutely appalling menu if you have a plant based diet, I struggled terribly and could only be offered salad in the restaurants but had to pay the same price as a full meat meal :-(

Disappointing from the get go. Panorama suite is not nothing but two regular rooms connected by a common door. So not a 2 bedroom suite as advertised.. which for the price (!!!) you pay is unacceptable and false advertising as a minimum. The rooms are tired and terribly out of date. The pictures on the debate are misleading There’s more: the access to the room is via the SPA which is only open from 9AM to 9 PM.. outside these hours you have the stairs up two floors.. to make it even better, we have a 1 yr old whom we now need to tow up and down including strollers , bags etc every time we need to leave before or after 9. The solution provided is that we call reception every time we need to use the elevator so that they can come and open the door! And ofcourse there are ‘no other similar rooms available’ but we are free to take downgraded rooms in two different buildings if we want.. scam if you ask me

We booked a deluxe mountain view room with balcony for our ski holiday paying Kempinski prices. However, the room we were allocated (319) had a limited view and balcony overlooked the roof of the dining room below. It also had a motor or pump in a box just next to the balcony which annoyingly cut in and out during the day and night. We asked at reception for a room change but were shown an uncleaned recently vacated room which smelled of cigarette smoke. Reception staff told us with a smile that this was the only option at that time or pay more money ! Reluctantly, we stayed where we were but no one from reception or management made any other effort to address our issues. Having said all that, the hotel staff in the ski room and in the dining room were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast and evening buffet food was good too. Shame about the reception staff and room 319 !

I think every review should be subjective in relation to how much you actually pay .. that’s why I think the kempinski fell a bit short this time .. 2 basic rooms cost me about 4.5k for a week .. the rooms are tired , the beds uncomfortable.. and the lager at the bar was 12 lev ( about 6 pounds ) for half a lager … I mean come on that’s Dubai money and with all due respect Bansko is not Dubai … just ridiculous… the location is great but the premium you pay for it is excessive
