The location is super convenient, link to Asok BTS and connected to Terminal 21. We booked for a room with bath tub but was wrongly allocated to normal room, we asked for a change. Ended up the room with bath tub was much smaller compared to the normal room. The shelving inside the room is lacking, Not much place to put or store small items. Hotel is also next to a Urban Spa. Staffs were courteous where they greet whenever we walked pass the reception. Highly recommend the hotel.

Super convenient connecting to BTS station, clean rooms and basic amenities provided. Service was also great and attentive.

Very good hotel , good location and just opposite Terminal 21 . Hotel directly access to BTS Asok . It super convience.
Hotel staffs provide superb service !!! Rooms are very clean

The standard room was spacious n the view was nice. The check in counter at 2nd floor link to the asoke bts. Want to celebrate my actual birthday on 19 dec with friends at bangkok. But they can't come. Wasn't happy but the hotel staff give me a surprise gift that is a small cake n a handwriting card by the staff. Thank for make me a memorable birthday. Next time come to bangkok were stay here again.

The location is unbeatable as the lobby is on the same floor as the train station. Just exit the and you will be at the train station. The service is good and the cleanliness is good too. Didn’t use the pool/gym as was busy exploring the city. The room is quite small but just enough for two pax to open luggages. The toilet has those Japanese toilet bowl with heated seat and warm bidet to wash your bottom. Shower is strong enough and aircon can be very cold at the max setting.

Terminal 21 shopping mall is right across and can be accessed via the Asoke BTS station which is situated right in between the hotel and mall . Very convenient to travel to attractions and mall by BTS and MRT to avoid terrible traffic jams .

Hotel located in a very strategic place & superb .. Hotel cleanliness is very good. Amenities is moderate & small. Hotel breakfast provided is Alar cart & only 3 types to choose.

Super super good hotel! Definitely recommend staying here when you’re in BKK! The direct connection to the BTS is amazing, and provide such a relief during summer time.
Will definitely consider this again for our future trips to BKK!!
