Everything was excellent except for one minor annoyance. ‘Quiet time’ at the indoor pool, listed as 9pm to 11pm, was not enforced. There were numerous children under the age of 16 who were unsupervised in the pool during these times.

Great banff option. Have stayed many times. One negative was the room temperature being too hot and wasn't able to reduce it.

Stay was good. The parking situation is a little tricky if you have a truck.

Older property , well maintained. Very dry - did not seem to be a way to increase humidity

I enjoy that this hotel is close to things and still quiet and comfortable.

It didn’t take long to check it. Staff are very nice. My room is clean bathrooms clean. Easy under ground parking walking distance to everything.

Friendly staff and clean room. Room was ready early and I loved the text to let me know I could check in early. Highly recommend for the price.

We really enjoy this hotel - but are disappointed we did not receive an upgraded room, since the hotel is clearly not full. It’s mid-week and it is very, very quiet (which is lovely). Very nice pool area, close to many excellent dining options and paths.

Enjoyed large rooms, swimming pool and hot tub area and location. Excellent service at the bar.

Location is downtown and within walking distance to all restaurants. Great location.
