La comida es buena pero no brillante, pero hay lugares de comida local muy cerca y un club llamado LOCAL DISCRICT, tiene música en vivo jueves/venerdas y sábado noches vale la pena visitar.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Estaba en julio por 2 noches como punto de partida para unas vacaciones en Bali. La entrada era bastante indolora y sin problemas. El personal estaba excelente, agradable contacto con la bebida gratuita en la entrada. El hotel estaba limpio, acondicionado y en buen estado. La habitación era la misma. Buen tamaño, y moderna. Situación conveniente, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa. La piscina cubierta es tan buena como las fotos se muestran. Fantástico. El desayuno bufé fue un poco submersible, pero no injusto para el pequeño precio.

La habitación que hemos estado en Mega Boutique, habitación 502, era más que buena. que nuestros 2 paquetes de alimentos congelados se dejaron en la nevera en la habitación 502. I llamó al hotel inmediatamente ... fue recogido por el empleado que me pidió que dara tiempo para comprobar el mantenimiento de la casa . 5 minutos después, sólo llamamos para obtener una respuesta que no encontraron nuestro alimento congelado en la nevera. sabíamos que lo habíamos colocado exactamente en la nevera. sin embargo, milagrosamente, abracadabra ... hocus pocus ... el alimento desapareció sin rastro. es una vergüenza, La experiencia de estadía fue muy buena, pero dejando una impresiones desagradables sobre el servicio de hotel perdido y encontrado.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Acabo de completar una magia de 10 días en Wyndham Jivva Beach. Somos miembros de Wyndham (propietarios) a largo plazo y hemos permanecido en muchos de sus hoteles y resorts. El hotel está situado en el centro de Sanur y en el centro de Sanur, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos de la ciudad. El chef Gusti, que tiene una gran experiencia en los hoteles internacionales de 5 estrellas, ha sido un líder que ha garantizado un alto nivel de cocina en cada comida. Y Wijaya, el director de alimentos y bebidas dirigió un equipo de personal de espera que sería difícil de golpear en cualquier lugar. No hay tiendas cerca, pero hemos reservado viajes de medio día con conductores locales a precios muy razonables (600.000 IDR por 5 horas), por lo que pudimos visitar muchas atracciones locales. La playa (que está muy cerca), es de arena negra, no es un problema para nosotros, sino para algunos. En esencia, amamos a Wyndham Jivva y tenemos la intención de visitar de nuevo en 2024.

Fantástico
UUsuario invitadoHotel con alma. Te hacen sentir cuidado y atendido en todo momento. Tienen un equipo de 10. A la cabeza Mr. Barry. Un director de hotel enamorado de su trabajo que transmite interés genuino por su equipo, su hotel y el bienestar de los huéspedes. El restaurante tiene una calidad en la comida destacable. Quizás algo lento en horas puntas pero lo suplen con amabilidad y buen ambiente. La villa, estuvimos en una villa Cempaka generosa de espacio, con piscina privada bastante grande y un baño inmenso. UUsuario invitadoEl hotel más pensado que he estado en el pasado! Es mi sexta vez en Bali. La oficina del frente fue útil para reservar los mejores proveedores de terceros para nuestra visita a Nusa Penida a nuestra pick-up del aeropuerto. El hotel es un hotel muy divertido - hemos levantado yoga, yoga aqua, incluso una fotografía. Pagamos por el spa (el masaje más relajado - probamos el masaje de piedra caliente y masaje especial de Maya) y fue saltos y límites mejor que el que bajaba la playa en el nest que ya estaba muy ravado en línea. También hemos reservado la clase de cocina indonesiana - increíble comida y recetas y ubicación en la parte superior del techo. También hay servicio de baño de leche para nuestro tubo de habitaciones. ¡Amazing! Ya recomendado a amigos y familia y nos volveremos 100%!

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutamente delicioso. Un paraíso, en un enclave privilegiado. Las villas son espaciosas, cuidadas hasta el último detalle. El servicio es exquisito. Debo destacar la amabilidad y saber hacer de Laksmi y Adil del restaurante Jala, profesionales de un nivel increíble de dedicación. No hay un solo empleado que no esté a la altura de uno de los mejores resorts del mundo, como es esta joya balinesa. Desayunos espectaculares. Sundara, maravilloso lugar para el descanso, al estilo beach club. En fin, es imposible seleccionar un solo momento. Ya he hecho mi reserva para el próximo año. Creo que ese es el mejor resumen

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

RRimvydasHotel muy muy grande. Si le gusta estar entre gente tranquila y no rodeada de gente, entonces este hotel es para usted.
La playa está bastante limpia ahora si se compara con cómo estaba hace 1 o 2 años.
Comida deliciosa, hay 3 restaurantes. Me gustó el restaurante cerca de la piscina principal. Muy sabroso café descafeinado sin leche y precios iguales o más baratos que en los restaurantes fuera del hotel.
Habitaciones grandes y buenas. Quizás algo en el hotel y en las habitaciones un poco viejo, pero está bien.
Buen gimnasio.
Personal normal.
Hace mucho frío en los baños del vestíbulo, que son completamente automáticos, como en Tokio.

El estilo balino es un estilo de estilo balino con productos de alta final, estándares similares con cualquier hotel internacional. La gente de la ciudad está en el centro de la ciudad, y la ciudad está en el centro de la ciudad. En los próximos 5 minutos alguien va a arreglar sus problemas, incluyendo los problemas técnicos que podría tener en su habitación. Ayu en la oficina delantera es una joya! ¡Qué activo para la Ramayana! Es tan eficiente y profesional. El restaurante Gabbah, junto con Endra, es un gran espectador, un buen profesional con las habilidades perfectas de inglés... sólo otro gran activo para el Ramayana. El gerente del Resort es nuevo y qué diferencia desde que se unió a la Ramayana - es en todas partes, muy amigable y realmente gestiona la propiedad muy bien. La temperatura del agua de la piscina es muy caliente, el agua debería calentarse como cualquier hotel de 5 despegues. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Kuta Beach, este hotel es mi hotel favorito...

Que maravilla! La villa privada nos ha encantado, su piscina privada, tumbonas, cama balinesa y la villla respeta la arquitectura balinesa,. Tienes una ducha exterior y en la gran bañera del interior puedes hacerte un relajante baño de flores que te dejan en un cestito con la explicaciones. La tranquilad de este lugar solo se ve interrumpida por el canto de los pájaros y el croar de las ranas. Gracias a todo el personal por su amabilidad

Ppaulap007Ohana es un gran lugar para quedarse si vienes a Canggu- es sólo una piedra de lanzar de todas las tiendas y restaurantes, pero en Pererenan te sientes como un mundo lejos, rodeado de campos de arroz y tranquilo. El edificio es super nuevo y construido con mucha atención al detalle- la cama es como dormir en pies, y el ducha es uno de los mejores que he visto en Bali. Todo es blanco con hermosas paredes de plantas, y la zona de piscina es increíble. Los propietarios son increíblemente amables y tienen muchas pistas útiles sobre dónde comer y qué hacer.
