El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas, y el hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas. No sólo hemos tenido unas vacaciones maravillosas en el pasado, siendo yo mismo, me gustaba la idea de la seguridad en la puerta. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable. Wirik en el restaurante me dio cuenta que viajaba solo y salía de su camino para asegurarme que estaba cómodo y que tuve un sonrisa y una charla amigable para mí cada mañana. Ella hace un excelente trabajo y me hace sentir como familia La piscina es una de las mejores en Sanur. Perfecto temperatura y enorme, así que nunca se siente confundido y puede moverse libremente. Sería bueno que hubiera más salones. El hotel está situado a una distancia de la playa y cuenta con numerosos restaurantes excelentes. Muy diligente en sus trabajos y tan amigable y útil para mí. El Swissbel es mi ida al hotel en Sanur. Es tan grande por dinero y su desayuno buffet es grande. ¡Intenta una cena temática porque la comida es sensacional y de gran valor ser “todo lo que puedes comer”!

Reservamos este hotel el último minuto y fue impresionado por ser dado el acceso a la piscina. El hotel parecía estar bajo mantenimiento probablemente después de golpes covidios. Amar el surfer se siente. La piscina es super congelada por lo que no nadábamos. Canales de televisión en absoluto invisibles. No hay muchos canales y muy grano. La habitación se siente limpia. Pero muy decepcionada de encontrar un cockroach muerto en el baño. Situado cerca de la legiánica cocina donde se puede encontrar comida halal . La ubicación es casi perfecta, pero espero que después de la manutención en el futuro sería mejor para usted.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.
El centro de Kuta, el centro de Kuta Park, está situado en el centro de Kuta. No se sorprenda si tiene que pagar muchas veces la tarifa de estacionamiento porque el hotel no tiene ninguna cooperación con el sistema de estacionamiento alrededor, si lo hace permanecer en el hotel en la puerta siguiente. ¡Cada día el Hotel Kuta no tiene ese privilegio, por lo que debe pagar más por la tarifa de estacionamiento!
La habitación es básica, y está bien. limpia? como tengo experiencia en 1217 habitación había muchas pinturas y sucias en las hojas de cama, la ventana no es limpia, y cuando usted mira fuera. Había un ratón muerto justo en la frente. No te sorprendas si los olores serían por todas partes.
El baño está bien, tomará 2 minutos para conseguir una ducha caliente, necesita reinstaurar nuevamente porque no fue una ducha caliente, sino agua super caliente. el drenaje está closando, tendrá un piso inundado por ello. y tomará unos minutos para dejarlos ir.
Esa era mi experiencia de permanecer en Cada día, quizás tendrá una experiencia diferente y buena.
Reservé la habitación sólo porque me dejé muy temprano para mi vuelo, por lo que no experimenté un desayuno porque no lo reservaré también.

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

Fantástico
SSuite RetreatsWhile the position is perfect and the service is wonderful, I didn't enjoy my stay at Four Seasons Jimbaran.
Out door pool area is lovely, however the cabana is super hot as the fans are very old and do not work properly, hence unable to work outside and enjoy the pool area. Water fountain does not turn off at night, and you can hear it in bed.
Dinner at Sundara was very underwhelming, again the fans not working and very hot and uncomfortable. Staff give you the menu and walk away, not explaining the menu whatsoever, and the print is extremely hard to read, with very dim lighting and no menu clip torch provided.
I chose my favourite dish (Its why I reserved this restaurant) and we chose other items off the menu which sounded amazing.
When the waitress came to take the order, the dish that I came down to the restaurant for, she said ”unavailable” !!!
They never mentioned this when we received our menu's and then we had to change our meal plans all together.
So we just ordered the selection of meats and salads (very expensive) and sat down disappointed, as I would have chosen the other restaurant or the buffet had I have known the Stracciatella/Burrata was not available. Now Burrata is a very easy cheese to make, and we were left puzzled as to why they did not advise us when we where given our menu's, but how they could not prepare (during the day) such an easy dish.
When our meals arrived, they where just average. Not much love and care taken in the taste and presentation. Some meats where overcooked and other meats where tasteless.
Pricing for the mini bar and room service was super extravagant, then 21% service charge added when you receive the bill. So one small bottle of bintang will cost you approximately $11.00 Australian Dollars. so 5 bintangs for approximately $55.00 AUD. Now that is a joke. Food pricing, even more of a joke.
Bathrooms nice, but small. No water in the bathrooms to brush your teeth, however in bedroom only. Water pressure was BAD and like just trickling. I like strong water pressure, as hygiene is important to me.
Very minimal space for 2 suitcases, so space for the clothing was under par.
Pool bar / cafe is extremely hot and not enjoyable. Again, fans need replacing and not working correctly.
No pillow menu beside bed, so unsure if they offer this.
Didn't like the pillows that where in the room - but that's my preference and others may be happy with them.
They still use the power points in the drawers! So must have drawers open to use the power outlets.
Streaming on the TV does not work with any devices, so unsure why they have this option. I ended up using my iPad to watch movies.
At breakfast, my team was served cold, (English Breakfast) and the loose cut tea, was to finely cut, hence ended up in my cup. I did not drink, as the temperature was cold.

AAbe StarEn Sanur, el hotel es muy limpio, el servicio de limpieza es rápido y bueno. El hotel ha hecho algunas renovaciones muy agradables en el lado de la playa del hotel, incluido el restaurante. El hotel podría prestar más atención a la piscina - nadie estaba limpiando después de los huéspedes que habían nacido y se habían ido y habían dejado la cama. Además de eso, estoy contento de que Maya Sanur sobrevivió y se mantuvo bien durante toda la pandemia.

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

XXixilaolaoHotel de padres e hijos, somos dos familias con tres niños. Fuimos al club de niños después del desayuno en las dos mañanas. No es grande pero a los niños les gusta mucho. Hay muchas actividades, el gran tobogán en la piscina. es muy divertido, y la captura de cangrejos en la playa es el favorito de los niños.El desayuno es muy rico, el hotel es muy grande, todavía se considera fuera de temporada, principalmente turistas de Australia y el sudeste asiático, el restaurante todavía se siente bastante lleno, y la experiencia actual es bastante buena. Al lado está el Kempinski, que está tenuemente iluminado por la noche. Considerará quedarse la próxima vez

La playa está bastante limpia ahora si se compara con cómo estaba hace 1 o 2 años.
Comida deliciosa, hay 3 restaurantes. Me gustó el restaurante cerca de la piscina principal. Muy sabroso café descafeinado sin leche y precios iguales o más baratos que en los restaurantes fuera del hotel.
Habitaciones grandes y buenas. Quizás algo en el hotel y en las habitaciones un poco viejo, pero está bien.
Buen gimnasio.
Personal normal.
Hace mucho frío en los baños del vestíbulo, que son completamente automáticos, como en Tokio.

YYSL5725La ubicación del hotel fue excelente! Caminar a Kuta Market y el resto de las áreas comerciales. Además, hay también una tienda de conveniencia cerca. Comer sabiamente, no hay necesidad de preocuparse, ya que hay calles enteras para que usted pueda elegir de. Seafood, Occidental, chino, o su local.
El hotel es un poco viejo, pero el balcón (la vista de la ciudad) nos permite ver el techo del hotel o el edificio al lado. Será mejor que se cierren las cortinas cuando no estés en la habitación. Además, el balcón es un poco sucio, y nunca abramos ni usamos el balcón en absoluto. La nevera dentro de la habitación no es muy fría. Poner al máximo, pero todavía lo mismo. El drenaje de los baños no es lo suficientemente rápido y ha causado inundación.
La zona de la sala de estar, especialmente cerca de la recepción, es ligeramente caliente, y se puede sudorar. Esto también se aplica a las zonas de desayuno. Las variedades no son muchas. La mayoría del día se han proporcionado las mismas comidas.

UUsuario invitadoAcabo de completar una magia de 10 días en Wyndham Jivva Beach. Somos miembros de Wyndham (propietarios) a largo plazo y hemos permanecido en muchos de sus hoteles y resorts. El hotel está situado en el centro de Sanur y en el centro de Sanur, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos de la ciudad. El chef Gusti, que tiene una gran experiencia en los hoteles internacionales de 5 estrellas, ha sido un líder que ha garantizado un alto nivel de cocina en cada comida. Y Wijaya, el director de alimentos y bebidas dirigió un equipo de personal de espera que sería difícil de golpear en cualquier lugar. No hay tiendas cerca, pero hemos reservado viajes de medio día con conductores locales a precios muy razonables (600.000 IDR por 5 horas), por lo que pudimos visitar muchas atracciones locales. La playa (que está muy cerca), es de arena negra, no es un problema para nosotros, sino para algunos. En esencia, amamos a Wyndham Jivva y tenemos la intención de visitar de nuevo en 2024.

Que maravilla! La villa privada nos ha encantado, su piscina privada, tumbonas, cama balinesa y la villla respeta la arquitectura balinesa,. Tienes una ducha exterior y en la gran bañera del interior puedes hacerte un relajante baño de flores que te dejan en un cestito con la explicaciones. La tranquilad de este lugar solo se ve interrumpida por el canto de los pájaros y el croar de las ranas. Gracias a todo el personal por su amabilidad
