I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

El Dripz Coffee en el hotel Eden ofrece un gran café más comidas, snacks, etc. El personal amigable y útil!! Hemos tenido muchos desayunos en el hotel Eden - muy agradable y excelente valor!! El hotel ofrece un desayuno de tipo americano y también una opción de desayuno bufé.

El hotel supera mis expectativas. Buen servicio por parte del personal. La cama y la habitación están limpias y son cómodas para 3 personas. El baño está limpio con comodidades estándar. La habitación cuenta con TV, mini refrigerador y alacena. Ojalá pudieran mejorar los cables del secador de pelo que no se pueden utilizar debido a su cable corto y el baño es pequeño.

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

Estancia agradable. La habitación (junior suite) es espaciosa, el desayuno fue fantástico. Sirvieron comida buena y variada y leche fresca caliente. Sólo un poco de tocino frío ya estaba podrido y se disculparon por ello. El baño estaba bastante resbaladizo, así que tenga cuidado con las personas mayores. También hay un acceso directo al callejón que conduce al centro comercial, lo cual es una comodidad. La piscina es increíble. Estancia agradable. Recomendado.

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

quick trip to bali and looking for the affordable one for ext 2 more nights, but unfortunately we already put make up room sign at the first day but no one clean up the room, and there’s maintenance who entered the room without ring or knocking the door

Gran hotel que ofrece una gran selección de servicios y en una buena ubicación lejos de Kuta y del ruido. Tuve problemas con los jóvenes australianos y el comportamiento de los borrachos, pero aparte de eso, todas las habitaciones son buenas y limpias, el personal es servicial. El desayuno es muy bueno, con una gran selección y se puede comprar café a un precio especial en el desayuno por 20 rp. El bar es bueno pero bastante caro, pero como se espera de los hoteles resort, el gimnasio es pequeño y le vendría bien un mejor equipo. La piscina es bonita y hay mucho espacio para estar cómodo. Servicio de transporte gratuito disponible bajo petición, pero es necesario reservar el día antes.

Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company
