We were here for four nights at the end of our cruise. We were greeted with a smile and shown around the complex. It's very private and very much a personalized stay. They have cooking classes a couple times a week which is a nice touch and all the recipes are available to take home with you. We were shown the spa which was extremely peaceful. Breakfast is included and bought to your villa. In the afternoon they bring you a drink and canapes which you can have by the pool or in your family area. They have a car available to take you around the area and your nice and close to eat street. Our villa was very comfortable. The ladies in the spa were fantastic. We were able to get the car to take us out to the airport which was very convenient. We would certainly stay here again.

Quick and personalised service. Very comforting and easy going place and staff. Extremely satisfied with customer service and the ambience. Well catered and suited services for all types of experiences. A definite place to visit and worth it.

I would like to specially thanks Risky, Kiki and Heri for their excellent service! The service is top notch!! They helped to arrange for transport service around seminyak, helping us to book restaurant, prepping our breakfast and being our personal butler for our villa. Their hospitality is superb! The room was clean and breakfast was nice too! Definitely will come back to stay here again! Highly recommended!

The staff were so kind and gracious. To my pleasant surprise I was upgraded to a larger suite. Surprising special touches such as 20 minute complimentary massage for 2 and floating pool breakfast. I highly recommend this fabulously located resort and would most definitely return!

I came here on my honeymoon with my husband and it was nothing short of amazing, the food was incredible, the service staff were polite and friendly, the spa massages were phenomenal as well. We had a driver drop us off every day to wherever we wanted to go and everyone was understanding and lovely. Gede especially was incredible helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to provide us the best time. I have recommended this place to absolutely everyone, it was an experience I will never forget.

Excellent hotel/villa if you are after privacy. Superb location within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops with a 24hr supermarket within 5mins walk. The staff and service at the eqUILIBRIA was great as well!

Incredible service, very very clean, fantastic breakfast and options. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The location is super close to everything and super quiet in the villa. Really enjoyed my stay here such a huge thanks to the team Dinata, Heriawan and Ugi. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Located within 5 mins walk from the bustling vibrant centre, the resort is tranquility personified.. we stayed in a villa with waterfalls.. pure zen. You can order breakfast when and where you want it, not stuck to the traditional large hotels timescales Can’t recommend highly enough!

The service in equilibria Seminyak was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay there because firstly, we felt safe. Whenever we want to go out to find food or places of interest, there's always a driver arranged for us. I felt the team was also caring because each time my two daughters goes out or come back from somewhere, the front desk team was aware of their movements and even informed me and my husband of their whereabouts. Secondly, the location of equilibria itself is very strategic. We could walk out of our hotel to the restaurants and shops and looky look from one shop to another. Thirdly, we received different greetings in the form of cards, rose and fan laid out on our bed every time we come back to the room after housekeeping was done.

Equilibria seminyak was definitely a pleasant experience. Staff were awesome and professional. Service is great. Special mentions to Gede who was our butler for the day. He Was very helpful, kind and professional and helped us with our daily needs. We also arranged for barbecue dinner experience and the food was delicious. Again, the service and setup was amazing and thanks to Risky and our chef who prepared the food once again for the wonderful experience. Ayu also assisted us for server ask occasions. Spa was great! Very clean and nice. Overall, stay was pleasant and we enjoyed our honeymoon here. Highly recommended.

It was amazing experience. Must go property. Staff was super cooperative. It’s centrally located in SEMINYAK and best clubs are just at walking distance so all way around was comfortable stay. They also provide with VIP access to Finn’s beach resort and drop at property.
