Be prepared to hear the geckos in your room every now and then from night till morning. A huge one in my room and it pooped quite a bit here and there. I originally wonder if it was from a huge rat as the size of the poo are unusual for tiny creatures …. then I saw it right there on the wall…
I did not sleep at all for a night due to this and the staff is aware but nothing could be done.
Staff are overall very friendly.

The jungle views from your room are absolutely stunning. The staff are constantly trying to make your day more enjoyable. Due to their hard work, the hotel is spotlessly clean. Best hotel of many I have stayed at in Bali during our holidays here. Would highly recommend for a few days just to chill out and enjoy the weather and infinity pool

Super nice hotel. We didn't miss anything from the service. Everything was perfect.
We only complain about two small things: It would be nice if the yoga course could be offered more often (preferably every day) - we really liked it. We also had a room (room 811) in which you couldn't really enjoy the view - we only looked at the leaves - that was a shame.
Otherwise, thanks again for the staff - they all did a great job!!!

В целом все прошло хорошо, но всплывали разные неприятные мелочи.
Видно, что отель немного подуставший, стены неаккуратно отремонтированы, мебель устарела
Почему то здесь мы не могли хорошо выспаться, хотя в других отелях такого не было.
Когда заселились - не было полотенец для рук, пришлось просить.
Оставили записку персоналу, чтобы не выкидывали лепестки цветов - все равно выкинули.
Завтраки по меню, шведского завтрака нет, часть блюд вкусные, а часть - не очень, сок немного разбавляют водой, фрукты брали пару раз - не вкусные.
Персонал услужлив, к ним вопросов нет.
Удобный трансфер в центр Убуда три раза в день.
С 15 до 17 есть бесплатный чай с закусками - хватает чтобы перекусить до ужина.
При входе небольшой пруд с рыбками, можно попросить корм и покормить их.
Через дорогу есть рисовые поля, и очень удобная дорога к тропе художников.
Массаж в спа неплохой, рукастые массажистки, но в Чангу в jamu нам было приятнее.
В среду и пятницу по утрам бесплатная йога, мы были втроём с тренером.
Итог - хороший отель на один раз, но за те же деньги я бы поискал вариант получше и посвежее, а посмотреть на джунгли можно бесплатно или же сходить в бичклаб jungle fish (он рядом с отелем)
