Had superior deluxe suite no bar fridge extra $5 a day no in room safety deposit box no restaurant no bar breakfast included wouldn't bother hit and miss if it was on but was not really a buffet or it was in a plastic container rooms not finished off. Pool nice air con was good

Excellent customer service, good breakfast and strategic location. Affordable price and nice room. This hotel is perfect for those who needs accessibility to the brilliant restaurant next door, art market, and awesome legian beach. Tips from me is to choose the deluxe type room if you need a balcony, cause the superior room hasn't it.

Nice hotel first time been here its a lovely location and hotel so many food places and transport around enjoy me time here good nice and staff very helpful and very easy to get around with si many money exchanges places around

We stayed at this hotel before pandemic and it was lovely so we decided to stay again this visit , well I was most disappointed. The place is terrible . Dirty and stinks . Pillows were stained and really smelly . We had to ask them to change them . Bathroom smelled horrible and the fan vent was really dirty . Net curtin had mould stains on it . We had breakfast booked for two days . It was not what they had before it is not brought in from another place and brought to your room . We took one look at it and went out for breakfast . Really disappointed with how bad they have let this place go and will never stay there again .

Stayed 4 days for my short vacay in this hotel. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel cuz it's close to everywhere. Their staff is very helpful and accomodates to our request. Many cool restaurants nearby for sure.

I was at serela legian hotel for 1.5 months and I loved it. Its in the center of kuta so you reach everything per feet. Also close to beach and its quit at night, because not on the main street. Also the service was really helpful and kind. I did several extensions to be still in the hotel. Thank you very much! Timon

Worst hotel in bali. Graded 3 star, not worth for even a single star. The room which was given to me was not clean at all! There were cobwebs and the dustbin was filthy as hell. Also the entire room smelled like mould - So I requested them for another alternate room. The new room was no better it looks like somebody just checked out and We were given this room without it being cleaned the pillow case, sheets and blankets had stains all over them. So my wife texted the host and complained about the same to which she responded this is a budget hotel and told that it is ok to revise and cancel the booking.... That's not all- the room was cancelled in the middle of the night where i had little to no time to look for another room - now just imagine us travelling to another country and not having a place to stay in the middle of the night. This could have been processed earlier after our checkin but it so happened in the middle of the night. (I had informed her about the room's condition around 3:50 Pm) Also when I asked the hotel staff for an alternate room in the lower floor which looks much cleaner he mentioned that it was a more expensive room not listed in Airbnb. The front office staff were super rude as well.

Best place to stay at. Friendliest staff. Great location. Service was great. Rooms are spacious and the staff went beyond to make our stay special ( especially the receptionist) would highly recommend staying here!!

Nous sommes venus de nombreuses années. . Malheureusement après le changement de manager tout s'est dégradé. 2 emails sans réponses. L'état de l'hôtel n'est plus ce qu'il était. Nous aimons créer des liens avec les Indonésiens. Mais on ne s'est plus senti à notre place en tant que touristes étrangers. N'a plus aucun intérêt à nos yeux.

I came here very often and i enjoy every second i spent here. Cila & Rafy were always there to help me and my friend when we need anything. they help arrange transport and ensure that we always got everything we needed and even more! on this trip i went with my friend and both of us are old so they really make sure that we will feel safe and secure. Cris also do good job helping to make sure our room always clean and neat. Good job guys!

came from Australia to try a holiday in Bali, looking for a hotel was very difficult relying on the good reviews I finally found this hotel, the price and facilities were very reasonable. the staff is very friendly, Arik at reception is always helpful and talkative, very friendly. the room is nice, clean, I was given a free upgrade to deluxe, the second day of the stay there were lots of children who came, they knocked on my door, it was very noisy but it didn't happen long after I informed reception to check. the room is not that big but enough for me who is alone, very close to everywhere, Arik advised me to go to the restaurant next to the hotel because the restaurant at the hotel is still closed, and the taste is very delicious. I think I will visit Bali again and maybe stay here.

酒店又潮又臟，印度人南美人超多 第一晚入住被子很臟，第二天聯繫攜程退掉後面的三晚，一共定了5晚，拿出一天損失給時間，朋友在去哪兒訂的，提出申請後去哪兒一小時就申請成功，結果攜程每天推辭，每天推辭，推遲我已經不想再説了，以後攜程不會再用了，來個告別吧

Its cosy place for young people

This is my second stay here. The thing that make me really comfort to stay here because their hospitality. Friendly, location good and easy to reach anything. Bed really soft, good for me who had a back sore. Restaurant still close so we must go out to find something to eat, but isn’t a big deal. Thank you and really recommended for traveler, but not good for work cause their wifi isn’t really good. Okay so i bought my local sim card near hotel. Thank you and i definitely will come back and stay here 🥳
