Honestly I don't really know where to start! Rate is great for family but the room is really lack of maintenance, the door is broken and the entire room is so tired and old. Breakfast is just okay but again totally understand with the rate and quality you can get. Pool is great for family to spend the time but the rest we just went outside to explore the area.

A bit noisy in the early hours of the morning

Nice and quite place to stay, close to Ubud centre shuttle service pick up and drop service is good. Hotel staff very helpful especially Bhaskara front desk person is made quite impressive and happy with overall service. We definitely visit again to this resort.

Booking villa but many ant in room finally go to normal room

Second visit in a few months and enjoyed four nights in a studio (well appointed) poolside room which provided access to the lovely infinity edged well maintained pool. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. It IS quiet but transfers to downtown Ubud and return are free. The resto menu is limited but workable. Cons: tv is limited to local channels.

Fantastic property. Value for money. Slight away from city centre. But It's OK and worth it. Good place to stay.

All furntiure and sheets dirty and stained. Found blood stains on floor mats and sheets and mattress old and lumpy as are pillows. So many alive and dead mosquitos literally 30 or more living and 40 or more dead all over bed and bathroom. Floor, tables, windows, headboard and floor all need a scrub and all sheets and towels heavily stained. Had them replace and the new ones at more and larger stains. No smart tv only 2 bahasa stations though they claim to have satellite TV No laundry though advertised they did Breakfast doest start until 8. We have kids and start our day earlier than 8. Told us they would make boxed breakfast for us early and they never made Room doors don't lock Dirty dishes next door been there for almost 24 hours nobody cleans up Front desk not helpful or friendly. No manger available on weekends to help fix these issues Been in Bali 3 years, one of the worst hotel experiences. So many better options. Restaurant has terrible food Pools are nice though need to be cleaned and maintained. Outside/grounds look better than inside. Bathroom is moldy, unclean, outdated and needs repair. Lots of sharp broken tiles. Day 1 check in they say no bath or pool towels available until tonight as all are at laundry. How can all hotel towels be out. So kids swim but cant dry off or take bath as no towels at all and no staff seems to care of help. Lighting is so dark especially in the bathroom Says mini bar but they do not have in our room Saf

Vile, absolutely vile hotel. I booked this hotel weeks in advance for my first night staying in Bali, I called the hotel around 11:30pm at night, once my flight landed, to confirm I would be arriving shortly. At which point I was told my room had been given away??? The worst thing happened when I went there and the only room they had available was a used, dirty, uncleaned from the previous guests room. I can’t believe a hotel would give a guest an uncleaned room. I was a sole female traveller, I had no where else to go, it was my first night in a new country, this hotel ruined the start of my holiday. The hotel is vile, bug infested and run down. I was given a Villa room, which you might think sounds nice, wait till you see the pictures. The breakfast was poor choice and covered in flies. Two staff that I complained to at the time told me I would receive a refund, I booked through ********** who have told me the hotel have refused a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nice cozy pool. Buffet breakfast which is better than giving option to choose. Mosquitos are very high in numbers in that area. Generous amount of bottle of water. Walls need to be clean throughly. Netflix and TV available:)

Hotel bagus, bersih dan value for money. Kekurangannya di kamar mandi yang desainnya kurang dan kasur yang terlalu empuk. Sarapan kurang variatif tapi rasanya enak.

The location is pretty quiet, but it is hard to find a gofood driver. Seems like you can only get food from hotel and nearby restaurants. Luckily at ten o'clock at night I still can get food from warung dewa that is still open till 11 at night. I booked two rooms that haven't been prepared till 2.30 though the porter was pretty quick and nice. But all of that didn't matter because they really have poor cleanliness. Smelly pillows and hard used bed and dirty bedsheets. I would not recommend this hotel. But if you after good view with affordable price, you might consider it.
