I’m in the middle of my stay here at Pandana, and the resort is great. It is not right on the beach, but it is set back and high up with incredible views. The resort is clean and has a few small nooks for relaxing and swimming in their pools. The service has been great. All staff are very responsive and kind. I had a couple questions for the owner, and even though she was out of town, she got back to me very quickly. Tamarind Beach is about a three minute walk, Song Lambung beach Is about a six minute walk, and Mushroom Beach is about a 10 to 12 minute walk away. If you’re looking for something right on the beach, and if you’re looking for action around you, this might not be the place for you. But, if you’re looking for quiet and chill, and great service, this may be what you’re looking for.

If you are not prepared to induldge in self-care, don't bother going to Pandana! View : perfect + Value : perfect + Rooms : perfect + Pools : perfect + Staff : beyond perfect + Trish : amazing!! = expontential RELAXATION. Reading previous reviews you will not be surprised to hear the same thing. There was nothing that the staff & Trish would not do for you, to make your stay incredible. The location was perfect, the food scrumptous, the rooms clean, the pools inviting, and the service exceptional. If I could go back tomorrow, I definately would.

Trish and her staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The infinity pool with its view over to Bali was gorgeous and never lost its appeal. Our room was comfortable and any minor problems were dealt with without fuss. The food was amazing and Trish makes a perfect Margarita! The high location, with such great views necessitates a few stairs, but definitely worth it. This was a perfect place to stay with our group and would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

Pool has been neglected broken tiles that are dangerously sharp broken rusting steps not bolted down dangerous unbelievable amount of chlorine the kitchen is dirty and really needs replacing rooms rusting fitting just boiling water from taps dangerous, unkept gardens, millipede everywhere and in your bed could be fumigated to stop this, no road at all to hotel just badly broken footpaths, I have stayed in Bali 22 times now this is my first complaint please do not stay here

Had an amazing time at Pandana! Was staying for one week, loved our room, the view and the environment. Very attentive staff, went above and beyond whenever I mentioned anything I was wanting or needing. Amazing views from our rooms deck and from the restaurant - can’t beat it! The restaurant had amazing food that was great for value, my favourite was the Aussie burger or the chicken satay pizza because the satay sauce is to die for! Great spot for exploring, about 3-5 minutes walk to the beach and we were able to hire a moped from the hotel so we could explore even further around the island. We absolutely recommend staying at Pandana, the staff and environment make it feel like a second home

Clean rooms, quality linen, comfortable beds. A peaceful slice of paradise with magnificent ocean/mountain views. Offers comfort, safety, serenity and delicious daily breakfast included in room price. On site restaurant and bar just steps away from the pools. Food is amazing, both western and authentic Indonesian just fantastic, and big serves. Guests from other hotels came in to eat. Brilliant staff are extremely accommodating, speak English well enough. Current owner Trish is an absolute delight plus a wealth of local knowledge and connections, happy to assist with everything from shopping to tours to transport and everything in between. Cafes, restaurants, bars, massage, beauty, beaches all minutes away by foot or scooter. Transport, tours and airport/ferry transfers all arranged by request. Have never felt so at home, away from home. Highly recommended. If you can't live without TV, take your own device. I didn't need it. Was really dry when I went in October - there had been no rain for 8 months. I imagine after the wet season, the scenery is even more incredible.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The meals were also great. Overall a very relaxing environment. The grounds were well kept with two wonderful pools. Sensational ocean views.
The motel is full of charm would recommend to any of our friends.

Have just spent 6 nights at Pandana. Had the most lovely time, unfortunately cut short because of our error in boat bookings. The views from the pool are absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere is so tranquil, we were able to see the Bali mount range and Mt.Agung while swimming. Definitely the relaxation retreat we needed. The food and drink from the restaurant and bar were fresh, delicious and generous. The staff were so welcoming and lovely to communicate with, they helped with snorkeling, bike hire and taxi’s to restaurants. Highly highly recommend Pandana, nice and private with a lovely jungle feel. Thank you Trish and staff! :)

Pandana was perfect for our yoga retreat. The rooms were lovely clean and cool. On site food fresh and delicious. The surroundings and 2 pools relaxing with views to die for. Trish and her boys fanastic hosts. Highly recommend. Thank you gor looking after us. Kia kaha
