Cuando salimos del hotel, dejamos 1 bolsa pequeña, aunque ya le recordamos al encargado de la habitación que nos informe si hay alguna de nuestras pertenencias en la habitación. Cuando ya dejamos el hotel, el personal no nos informó sobre los artículos que nos quedaban. No muestran ningún esfuerzo por hacérnoslo saber. El hotel muestra poca cooperación para devolver nuestro artículo.

We stayed 5nights here This property is old balinese style, big rooms, old furniture,coffee table outdoor. we DON’T mind! What we cannot accept was toilet is dirty and rusty, reception area- not willing to extend more help or suggestion,room service-when ask for extra bottle of water through phone they sound like we are asking too much,they should automatically give extra when they clean the room as they only provide 330ml of water each person, we even bought a big bottles of water pool side-staff are gathered around, guests wanted to seat by the pool and hang around they don’t even approach them and ask or give drinks menu atleast they wait for the guest to order from them not sure if they are lazy or doesn’t want to go under the sun or whatsoever?

Nice quiet and excellent view to the open sea, but hotel is old, price reasonable, surroundings many clubs suitable for young. I will go back again should I like to enjoy the ocean view.

The rooms were clean. Everyone was smiling. Also the sea is very very close to the hotel.

Very nice view and sunset But breakfast is normal~ The toilet pipes are clogged, causing all the water in the bathtub and sewer to come out, and black things like feces may be seen and also emit a foul smell

Quite helpful staff location near to a beach club. The beach near to hotel but not a fancy beach. Area peaceful and does have spa. Clean and neat. A bit overpriced if you order food or call via phone. For your baggage they will help you but the handyman stays till get a tip:) be prepared. Staff 24hrs. I haven’t noticed any cctv.

Most of the times I have been in Bali I stayed in this hotel. It has a direct access to the beach and has a pretty good balinese vibe, the service is really great as well.

Me and my wife loved to stay there and had great time. We will be back

The road to the hotel is always crowded, be aware with the time if you have an appointment. Breakfast has many options

Nice place to stay, a little outside the main parts of Bali and bad traffic. Great walk along the beach to Siminyak.

It is located strategically in front of the batu belig beach and near several famous beach clubs like Potato Head and Mari. This hotel is a definition of a classic Bali resort, especially in the 90s with the spacious rooms but a bit creepy maybe due to some furniture used being outdated. However, the water in the hotel is salty and seems like contaminated by the seawater, need more lighting during the night and please add more seasoning to the food that is served in the breakfast package.

Замечательное место, замечательный персонал. Особенно хочу отметить работу администратора Nuryawati. Очень помогала нам решать все возникающие вопросы. Прекрасное расположение. Удобный выход к пляжу. Номерной фонд немного уставший, но отдых это не портит.Атмосферный отель.
