Lovely stay overall good experience. Location is good too. Some amenities can surely be improved Hope better and improved facilities for next customers

Utterly terrible accommodation and terrible service - Room was ready an hour late, then not clean with junk food and trash still left about, walls smeared with dirty handprints, stained couches, broken floor and stair tiles, broken lights, shower dirty and rusty, toilet blocked, no hot water. Seriously! After one night of regrettably sleeping there, awoke with my legs covered in bed bug/flea bites (took weeks to heal). Complaints to the three reception staff were a total waste of effort and time. They finally agreed the hotel room was in poor shape, but they gave me a complete run around, as the manager did not work at that hotel and they couldn't offer a refund. Booked an alternate hotel and got out of there pronto!

Toilet was smelly and everyday need to remind them to do cleaning..when I booked it shows they will provide breakfast and toiletries but nothing was there..bath towel and all horrible

My husband and I came here on 24 of May and that’s how I found out the place. There was a mess, a real lack of sanitation ! The sofa is full of spots and stains and smells 😵‍💫 I found hair near the fridge and nuts in a cupboard in the second floor. Whats more awful , I asked an administrator Sibuk to come and see the state of affairs. After I showed him the mess and rubbish that must be removed when guests are coming , he said the cleaning will be only on Sunday (it was Tuesday) and I can pay for extra cleaning 150IDR - is that okay that they offered me to pay for their fault? I don’t think so. The thing is that personal didn’t do anything to tidy the apartments. The second thing is the WiFi connection- I’m SpeedTest it’s shown like 1.25 - I asked them several times to fix it, not nothing changed during the week! It was impossible not even to work, but to download a page on Google. We decided to leave it, because the conditions are not worth any amount of money! And in the end, they said that “we have a non refundable system in our hotel” so they can’t return our money (we paid from 24th of May till 7th of June), so the rest they kept to their selves. we also paid a tax of 100 idr, although there was no talk of this in advance ! And for the electricity as well. For instance, we went to holidays and turned down all the lights in the house and when we returned after 2 days trip, the lights were on on all the house. In conclusion, I highly recommend you not to stay here in any case ! It’s disgusting, awful and the baddest hotel in our lives. Some photos from this place .

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely place to stay however, we had an issue with our bathroom which was not attended to. Would stay there again.

We would not recommend this property to anyone, unless you are happy with budget accommodation. I checked with hotel if they had fast internet before booking, I was told yes very fast. When we arrived they had no idea we had a booking so it took 30 minutes to check us in. We then got in the room, one bar signal. We work online 7 days and need fast internet. In fact , we put up with it for one week because there was a co working space a few doors down so we worked from there at $20 per day. During the week, 4 days no internet at all. They said they had internet problems just that week. Not true, other guests confirmed it was always slow. So they lied before we booked. Walls in bathroom had squashed mosquitos with fresh smeared blood. Snot and gum on the bedroom walls above the bed. People living there, running businesses from their rooms. Loud children every day until very late running wild. No refund policy so we lost over $1000, even though they lied. Not clean, smells horrible, no internet, over priced, pool dirty, people living there. This is NOT a holiday place and should not be allowed to have a listing on any hotel booking site. I hope this is a warning to anyone considering booking here. It is noisy, BUDGET accommodation with barely any internet speed and not clean. Prices should be same as a hostel.

I’m not sure how this hotel even managed a 3 star review, but it should be reclassified as a budget hostel. People actually live their and have businesses running out of their rooms. We asked if the internet was reliable before booking and were told “yes ma’am, very”. Not true. There was barely any internet at all and we were forced to pay for a co-working space at Sara Residences. The apartment smelt horrible, walls were dirty, pool was dirty, and even though they lied about the internet and the photos were completely misleading, no refund so we lost over $1000. If you want an enjoyable experience, definitely do not stay here it’s not at all what they describe. I feel sorry for the staff, they are very friendly and try to help but what can they do but make excuses?
