El día en que se queda en la habitación no hay agua caliente. La recepción responde muy rápidamente. Inmediatamente cambiando la habitación. El día siguiente, seguí preguntando si estaba bien. Ha habido dos cortas paradas de electricidad en aproximadamente diez minutos. Los niños cobran más desayuno y comida de 250 yuan al día. El entorno es realmente bueno, la piscina es muy bonita. El restaurante es muy delicioso casi todos los platos, no hay salidas durante dos días. En resumen, el hotel es muy valioso para permanecer.

Este es sin duda un hotel de tesoro!! La primera vez que escribió una evaluación en Trip.com, es realmente una experiencia de estancia más allá de lo esperado. El comerciante dijo que la instalación en el interior era nueva y media años después, el dormitorio y las habitaciones eran muy grandes, el estilo general del hotel también era especialmente bonito, realmente la misma combinación natural y cómoda que los slogans. Cada personal ha pedido con entusiasmo lo que necesitamos y el desayuno que contiene es muy delicioso. Además, otro día hemos pedido la cena, esta intención y el jardín son super deliciosos!! El salchicha es indonesio. ¡Intentamos hacerlo con fuerza para ver su cena en su casa. El entorno de la comida también es muy limpio y agradable. ¡Espero que más pequeños compañeros vean este hotel!! Es el grado de recomendación que recomendaré a cada amigo!

We just came back from our holiday and Amandari is a beautiful place we were so happy there. Everyone was so nice and attentive especially DewaAyu from the restaurant. We look forward to her wonderful smile everyday and she always was so helpful and understanding. We will miss DewaAyu and everyone dearly and hopefully we will meet again one day. Amandari was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we will cherish those special moments forever.

It’s not a bad hotel. To summarize I’ll write pros and cons- Pros- service, quiet area, amazing staff, very helpful. Specially Dewi, Arira or similar best staff ever. This hotel people only come for the service but everything else is just below average. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But this experience made me do so. Cons- Wi-Fi doesn’t work! Even after asking the IT guy who said he’ll do something but actually didn’t do anything. As it had speed or 3mbps and kept on dropping. - Buffet breakfast - very average, the staff tries hard to please you. But the food is very very average. I mean not even 1 proper bakery items. Balinese coffee just doesn’t cut it. I’ll give it a rating 3/10. - Rooms are basic, pretty old, beds make squeaking noise, suites have nice view but everything looks old. - There is no afternoon tea although there is a sign in the lobby that states there is. - shuttle only runs twice a day 11am and 4pm. This hotel is about 8kms away from Ubud main shops. And the shops around the hotels aren’t many. - Spa at hotel - OMG don’t even try it! I had booked and got this oldish lady “Ayu”. Who basically was just touching my body and not even putting any effort. I literally had to leave the massage after telling her about 10 times to put more pressure. And then she tried to charge me for the whole hour which I disputed and then she said ok I’ll charge you for 30mins. I asked her if she has another staff which I did see when I started the massage. And she says no we don’t have anyone. Worst massage ever!!! - You must rent a bike to enjoy if you do decide to stay in this hotel. - Food and beverages are expensive compared to shops around the place but the service is amazing. For example an Ice coffee is $5.50AUD which is what I get in Australia. And veggie Pizza is around $10. Bring your wall plug converter if you are staying at this place. Villas were amazing as due to great staff I got to see inside them. Suites- are just standard bedrooms with balconies. Rooms have jet pumps to wash ur bottom, has hair dryers, small empty bar fridge. House keeping staff are amazing. The shuttle to Ubud shops you must book them before hand. There is a river that runs but you won’t be able to see it as the small trees that grew around it has blocked all the view. Pool is small but nice, there are towels and hot shower options. - TV only has channels which aren’t in English and the network is so bad that you can’t even watch it. Very old TV’s in suites. - you can rent small scooters for about 100k IDR from hotel.

Recientemente volvimos de Bali y comenzamos nuestro viaje al Pari Sudha en Ubud. Cuando llegamos, era tarde y muy oscuro y para ser honesto, cuando llegamos, nos preocupaba un poco lo que esperar como nos encontramos en una zona muy local que se veía muy abajo. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación estaba limpia y bien guardada. La mañana, despertando a la selva delante de usted y todos los colores y sonidos estaban muy bonitos. El personal es tan amable y útil y se va a ayudar en cualquier caso. El desayuno era fab! Si usted está buscando un pequeño hotel con una diferencia, lejos de todo en tranquilidad, entonces esto es definitivamente valer la pena considerar. Altamente recomendado. El complejo es tan grande que si te alojas en una habitación premium tendrás que caminar un largo camino. Reservé dos habitaciones para dos noches. En la primera noche ocurrieron tres errores: la puerta del balcón no se puede cerrar con llave, el nombre de un miembro de élite equivocado fue puesto en mi habitación y la puerta del baño no se puede abrir. Este último es relativamente peligroso ya que no hay llamadas de emergencia en el baño. La habitación estaba ubicada en un lugar lejano y apenas se puede notar. Por suerte viajé con mi familia para que alguien pudiera ayudarme. El personal es atento y vinieron a verme en el desayuno ofreciéndome la opción de cambiarme de habitación. Al día siguiente siguieron dando seguimiento a las necesidades. Diría que todo fue agradable excepto los asuntos de seguridad. Parece menor, pero podría ser un gran problema. Espero que mejoren.

I always love staying at Komaneka Rasa Sayang when in Ubud and have stayed there many times on my own, with friends and with family. My last visit was with my brother who joined me from Cape Town. He absolutely loved it. The service is exceptional and I always feel very spoilt by the amazing staff and it does feel like it is my second home in Bali. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ubud. From the moment I arrive, I am always welcomed back like family. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and balconies with daybeds overlooking lush greenery. A jar of home made cookies and fruit basket is a lovely touch. The hotel is set back from the main road but it is so peaceful and only steps away from the centre of Ubud with lots of great shops and restaurants and the monkey forest. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing surrounded by palm trees, nature and the sound of running water from the river below. The staff are so attentive at the pool and it is a great spot to enjoy the daily complimentary afternoon tea. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. The restaurant setting is beautiful overlooking the pool. If something is not on the breakfast menu, just ask and the staff will go out of their way to make it for you if possible. I wish to compliment Ari at reception for her exceptional and always polite and friendly service. I did miss seeing Ibu Desak and Sitiari this time. Can’t wait to be back there again

La dirección y el camino que lleva al complejo pueden resultar un tanto desagradables, especialmente de noche. Es un camino angosto y no tiene farolas. Es un santuario en sí mismo y es excelente para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno natural. Está lejos de cualquier servicio y es incómodo moverse. Es imprescindible alquilar un coche privado; no hay Grab ni Gojek; a menos que tomes un taxi local reservado a través del hotel. Ir de la habitación al vestíbulo y a las zonas de comedor requiere caminar mucho por la pendiente/escaleras (ya que el hotel está como encaramado en una colina). Puedes pedir un servicio de buggy (tienen 2) y estás sujeto a un tiempo de espera si hay muchas solicitudes. La habitación era espléndida y la vista era de dosel. El wifi era fuerte. La habitación venía con paquetes de patatas fritas de cortesía y 3 latas de refrescos. El baño no tiene puerta y la ducha podía ser fría debido al aire acondicionado. El desayuno era sencillo. Un bufé con un menú básico como bebidas y pasteles. Uno podía pedir del menú. Creo que esto fue bueno porque hubo menos desperdicio. En general, el personal del complejo fue amable y atento.

I have stayed here before in the past and booked 8 days. Was looking forwards to staying here again but it was not the same. Still beautiful villas and rooms and beautiful gardens and pool but everything else was a complete failure. First they no longer do a shuttle run into Ubud centre. My room was not available for my first night. So put in an alternative one which I was happy with. Just not happy that because I was going to be moved the next day I really couldn't unpack and settle in. They could have asked me if I wanted to stay in that room as it didn't get anyone else in for the next 7 days. In your room you no longer get the supply of tea, coffee and sugar but you get the cups and kettle. I had to plug mine in in the bathroom as there was no socket near the tray on the cupboard. So I also washed my cup in the bathroom and one day left my teaspoon in there next to my toothbrush. When I came home after an outing the receptionist pulled me up about housekeeping said a teaspoon was missing!!! Really awkward and not appropriate. Then one morning I wanted to have a nice early bath in the beautiful bathtub, but the plug would not stay down and keep the water in. So that didn't happen until later in the day. Also the bathroom towels had seen better days. At the start of my stay I ordered dinner from the restaurant. That was a big failure. The cordeon Blue was rough and dry with no self saucing, only a little bowl of tartare sauce which is normal for a fish meal but not chicken and the chips were the frozen type and uneatable. So I didn't eat here for the rest of my stay. The street outside has become very popular since the pandemic with several new really good restaurants, cafes and lovely spas.
