AWESOME! This is a true hidden gem just next to Grand Canyon National Park. Extremely well decorated, spotless and so comfortable. All kind of details and amenities. Wonderful private space for dinner/breakfast. Having a ready-to-use private jacuzzi upon our arrival late at night after one busy day traveling around was a blast. Chris was so helpful too when we arrived, making sure that everything was fine. It was a pity we couldn’t spend some nights (only one) but we’ll definetely be back there if we visit this area again. And the premium option was worthy (more space!) Thank you!!

El hotel está situado en el centro del canyon, a un poco de la ciudad, pero se encuentra muy cerca de la naturaleza. La luz del sol es grande, las habitaciones son limpias y confortables.Necesita un poco de mantenimiento ya que se hace viejo a lo largo del tiempo, sin embargo, son muy cómodos para permanecer en. Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Great location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it.

The location is perfect and all the staff were very friendly. We traveled with our dog so it's good that they have a small dog park near our room. They also provide free EV charging which was very convenient, too. The only thing I can think of is that the shower water pressure was a bit low. However, overall we had a really good experience

La habitación era muy limpia y agradable. Puedes aparcar justo cerca de las habitaciones en el primer piso que es muy conveniente para cargar y descargar. Hay un jacuzzi y restaurantes en el hotel. Strong WiFi. El hotel está situado muy bien para ir al gran canyon y hay muchos restaurantes cercanos (el frente de la cuenta de la lista de todos los restaurantes cercanos).

Location is excellent. Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village is just next door. Have many good restaurants nearby. Airport Mesa is just 10 mins drive. Though the room deco was a bit ordinary but it's clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. With that price, I think it's a good deal.

A great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun. As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time. Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not ”hot”. We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit dated, but the convenient location made up for it. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment. The breakfast offered was decent, and overall, it was great value for money.
