There is another bedroom with a pull out couch, perfect for kids or extra guests. The bedroom with the double beds has 2 TV's, perfect for 2 gamers who both want to play at the same time.The 2nd floor has 2 Master Suites. Both rooms have access to the 2nd floor deck. One suite has 2 couches and a sitting area. The other suite has a private family room outside of the bedroom and private access to exit the home.The 3rd floor space includes the Gourmet kitchen filled with high end cookware, utensils and serving dishes. There are 2 refrigerator and a wine fridge. You can host your friends and family in style! Sit out on the COVERED deck - that's right! The 3rd floor deck is covered for year round use. You can enjoy the views in comfort in any season. Put on your favorite tunes and relax.Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and a smart TV. The house is hard wired with stereo surround sound. Music can be played in the 2nd floor rooms, 3rd floor as well as on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks.
