An absolute 10/10 stay in Nara City! Yamatonoyado KITAKYOBATE is a beautiful, 2-story property that is kept incredibly clean. The layout is perfect for families or groups, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. I was blown away by the number of amenities provided right in the room—they have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. The location in kitakyobate-cho is peaceful yet convenient. Checking in was seamless, and the overall experience was flawless. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip to Japan!

Este hotel de estilo japonés presume de una rica estética japonesa en toda su arquitectura y decoración. El onsen es encantador, la comida es de cinco estrellas y el servicio japonés es excepcionalmente atento y cálido. Dejé mi tóner en la habitación sin querer, y el hotel me contactó rápidamente por teléfono y me lo envió a mi próximo alojamiento, junto con una carta manuscrita. Fue realmente conmovedor.

Se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la zona de compras de nara, a 5 minutos a pie del parque de nara hay deer caminando alrededor del hotel en la mañana Hay un viaje de margen de la ciudad por la mañana en 7:00-8:00 con guía local; la bicicleta es gratis La vista del puente es agradable el servicio es grande!! 5 estrellas a todo La habitación es espaciosa y la cama es cómoda Tienen sala de bebidas para uso gratuito con snacks ilimitados; jugo de fruta, sake, cerveza, vino de 15:00pm-2:00am Recomendamos a todos los que viajan a la ciudad de Nara que se queden en este hotel! El único lado de este hotel es el desayuno que sólo ofrece comida japonesa ; pescado de barbacoa y onigiri El onigiri es enorme, el pescado grill y la sopa de miso es frío Espero que puedan hacer que el onigiri sea más pequeño así Podemos probar más sabores Y espero que puedan proporcionar un cuerno de pastelería para personas que no le gustan comer peces De lo contrario, nos encantaba el hotel y queríamos ir ¡De vuelta!! Ps: no hay espacio de estacionamiento, por lo que necesitamos estacionar en el estacionamiento de monedas nos cuesta 2400¥ /night

Exceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point. All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable. One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this. I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

Fufu Nara is a wonderful hotel that offers a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful rooms that feel calm and comfortable. The service is excellent — the staff are attentive, polite, and always ready to help, making us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, using high-quality ingredients that really highlight Japanese cuisine. Every meal felt special and memorable. The location is also great, surrounded by nature and close to Nara’s main attractions, yet very peaceful and quiet. Overall, Fufu Nara is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, great service, amazing food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended

El hotel es una pensión tradicional japonesa ubicada al pie del monte Wakakusa, en el Parque de Nara. Podrás encontrarte con crías de ciervo muy dóciles justo afuera. La experiencia más destacada del hotel es su servicio de desayuno y cena. La gastronomía japonesa es de altísima calidad. La cena se sirve por platos, con opciones diferentes cada día, todas preparadas con esmero, saludables y deliciosas. Al ser una pensión, la limpieza y preparación lleva bastante tiempo, por lo que la entrada es después de las 16:00 y la salida antes de las 10:00. Esto me resultó un poco inconveniente.

A question to think about, ‘What makes a hotel a luxury one?’ To me, it’s luxury because of the hospitality of the staff, quality of the property and the food they provided totally exceed travellers’ expectations, and as a result, we would love to pay more for the experience. Some staff really tried their very best to help me during my stay while some just didn’t. Upon arrival, I tried to communicate with the staff that I’d like to cancel my third night’s dinner because of the change of my plan. At first, I booked six meals in total and I’d only want to cancel one dinner and they said I needed to pay 100% for the cancelled meal because they have already bought the ingredients. Okay, I tried to understand that because they had already taken away my credit card and there’s nothing I could do about that and I thought it must be a very nice meal and that’s why they insisted that. Disappointingly, the portion was so small and paying the same amount of money I could get so much better food in 虹夕諾雅 or any other five star onsen hotels in Japan. As a result, I went to bed feeling hungry and eating the snacks I bought for myself :( The food portions are like a bento instead of a proper meal. ) Also, the Western style breakfast was so overpriced and the avocado in the omelette was not fresh at all. One more thing to note is that the complimentary champagne service they provided to their guests. It’s a nice experience but maybe I’m just a lady travelling alone and I couldn’t speak Japanese at all, the waitress didn’t serve me the same way as she served other people in the cafe. When all of them got two glasses of free drinks, one cocktail and one champagne, she only gave me one champagne and didn’t offer me the cocktail. And the day after, there was a nice staff who served me properly and I finally realized that I am entitled to two drinks. (Sigh)The experience was like buying a Chanel bag. The bag was pricey but the chain of the bag just suddenly fall apart while you are using it for the very first time. My advice is: Don’t use their catering services especially for the in-room dining plan. There are so many better choices out there in the city. The room and the service of the staff are great tho.

А после завтрака к нам в сад пришли Олени!!!!

Great location in terms of convenience and accessibility! Supermarket is just in a walk of 5 minutes, plus restaurants and takeaways downstairs of the building.

Muy bonita casa japonesa bien situada para los lugares turísticos porque el barrio es servido por autobuses y el propietario de la bicicleta alquilada a bajo precio. Fuimos muy bien recibidos y incluso podíamos cocinar. El lugar es limpio y muy tranquilo.
